Beach house vacation rentals in Ericeira

Bruno and Rita we're wonderful hosts and the Airbnb was charming, spacious, clean, and very close to the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. And you can see the ocean from multiple rooms which really makes a beach vacation compete.

Lovely stay, even lovelier host. Super friendly and responsive, and even sent a list of local recommendations for everything one could possibly need during a holiday. Would love to come back as it was such a special home and held spectacular views. Gorgeous vibes 🫶🏻🙏🏻

Wir waren mit Freunden da und das Haus war perfekt dafür geeignet. Der große Essbereich, die vielen Schlafzimmer und der einmalige Pool mit Blick bis zum Meer haben uns überzeugt. Für besondere Anlässe kann man seit neuestem eine Art Wintergarten dazu mieten, der riesig ist und zum Verweilen im Garten einlädt, auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen. Die Zufahrt mit einem Camper ist etwas eng, sobald es Gegenverkehr gibt. Wir waren zunächst auch etwas verunsichert, weil es ein Durchfahrts-Verboten Schild für Wohnmobilen gibt. António hat uns dann abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt. Er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und wir durften unseren Camper mit Strom und Wasser befüllen.

The property might lack kerb appeal from the front but the private outdoor space at the rear, with lovely views and with the bonus of a lovely small pool to cool off in on hot days is fabulous The accommodation itself was well equipped and a good size and also remained lovely and cool, no matter how hot it was outside. The location is good and you can walk down to the beach and many restaurants in about 10/15 minutes, although be prepared for a lot of stairs on the walk back up. Would definitely recommend.

You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

Zeker een aanrader om te boeken! Ana is een erg vriendelijke host die snel reageert. Het huisje was schattig ingericht, schoon en de locatie is echt perfect! Alles is op loopafstand.

Wir waren alle sehr grosse Fans von der Unterkunft, gut gelegen um nach Ribeira surfen zu gehen und ideal für grössere Gruppen!

Excelente estadia. Casa muito espaçosa, iluminada, bom gosto,com todas as comodidades necessárias.Perfeito para famílias, 3 quartos, com 3 banheiros mais um lavabo. Muito fácil de estacionar na porta. Ao lado das falésias, 5m de caminhada, com vistas espetaculares.

Local como descrito, próximo do mar e muitas opções de comer ao redor. Natália foi muito prestativa e simpática. Recomendo :)

Zuzanna und Tibor waren immer hilfsbereit und die Möglichkeit Boards direkt vor Ort auszuleihen, war genial. auch der Kontakt zu der Surfschule war einfach und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub.

Dank voor de gastvrijheid! Een fijn locatie om te zijn. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig! Een goede basis en kwaliteit aan spullen. Een aanrader! Ruim ingericht en een ruime badkamer. Erg fijn dat het uitchecken om 12.00 uur is. En alles goed beloopbaar. Je bent binnen 10 minuten in het hartje van Setubal. Nogmaals dank! Voor Setubal heb geen auto nodig. Tot een volgende keer.

Sergio was very friendly, responsive and flexible - he was accommodating our arrival late at night (due to a delayed flight), answered all our questions, arranged for cleaning at a time that was suitable for us, made us aware of local places and events and so on. The place was as per the pictures and description and also well kitted out for beach time (beach toys for kids, umbrella, chairs, body boards) and for entertainment (board games, cards, kids' toys, books, TV, internet). Our 9 and 7-year-old kids were well impressed with the toys and books! The washing machine is a quiet type and the balcony was great for hanging the clothes to dry, as it faces south-west, so gets the sun all afternoon. We always found a parking spot on the street or in the nearby car park, so it was never a problem. There are also lots of great cafes and restaurants in the village and an excellent ice-cream shop (Dolomite Gelataria) 5 mins walk from the house. Would definitely recommend!

Excelente espaço para uns dias com amigos. Quinta com excelente espaço exterior (piscina, jardim, churrasqueira) e cozinha equipada com todos os utensilios necessários. Localizada num sitio calmo, mas perto do centro de Sesimbra e das praias. A D. Catarina recebeu-nos muito bem. Um sitio a repetir, sem duvida!

O António foi acolhedor, prestável e atencioso. Éramos 6 adultos e 4 crianças e desfrutámos bastante do espaço que estava decorado com gosto: a sala era grande e tinha diversões para todas as idades (ping-pong, snooker, matraquilhos, setas), a cozinha tinha uma mesa grande para comermos todos juntos e a piscina permitiu usufruir do clima quente (mesmo em Setembro) e mesmo os mais pequenos que ainda não sabiam nadar (tinha um patamar mais subido). Gostámos muito da experiência! Obrigada

The house is spotless — easily one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Everything feels brand new, with top-quality bed linens and towels. Ana Paula, the host, is incredibly professional, quick to respond, and gave us amazing local tips (we followed several and loved them). Although it’s in a residential area, it’s just a 5-minute drive to the beach, lagoon, and local shops. A perfect home base for exploring the region. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are super comfortable, and we were welcomed with fresh fruit, Port wine, and even cozy slippers. The Wi-Fi worked well for casual use — we didn’t test anything too demanding. I highly recommend this place, whether you're traveling as a couple or with kids.
