We can absolutely recommend Susana's apartment. It exactly matches the photos. We are on the Costa every summer and unfortunately know the often lacked quality of the holiday apartments there. That's why we loved Susana. The apartment is in great condition, everything is clean, the bathrooms very good. The large living room is dreamy. You can tell that this is a home of Susana. There's nothing missing here. Nearby are small supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, restaurant, restaurant, etc. The beach is also within walking distance. We mostly went through the park to go there because our daughter was able to play in the playgrounds. The contact with Susana was great, she is very friendly, fast and easily accessible. Stunning view, very private and quiet. Very clean but very little furniture and not much of an aesthetic inside.

If I could give it 6-Stars, I would. Seriously, this is a fantastic property with oodles of history and unimaginably unique accoutrements. Plus, the breakfast selections were local and high quality. We really can’t say enough about the time João spent to orient us, inform us about his ancestral home, and attentively meet our every need. We loved the bedroom, bathroom, breakfast, location and flexibility. Kudos. Now I wish we had booked a few more nights!

What a lovely couple, and amazing location. Luis was very accommodating, and helped us with all our taxi needs. The area is truly the heart of Lisbon and amazing location for food and night life. Would stay again

We had a lovely stay at Villa Epicurea - the pictures are just how you will find it. The pool is beautiful and it's a really quiet spot with amazing views. Our hosts were all really friendly and provided us with information and recommendations before arrival. Breakfast was lovely too - it's a really peaceful place to be.

The property manager,chef and do everything wonderful person Armee is the real reason this boutique hotel is wonderful. She did doing a fabulous job making you feel like a family member from the get-go. The grounds are relaxing with a wonderful pool and space to reconnect with nature. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and stay. Sintra is a beautiful little town with loads of things to do if you enjoy history.

Me and my son had booked one of threexrooms available in Joao’s house. Joao was extremely supportive and helpful as a host! The weather was unusually cold for Portugal, but Joao was not to blame for that😂 Strong recommendation if you want to go to the Aroeira gold courses or the beach.

Jorge is an outstanding host! He sorted everything for us, gave us great recommendations and was so helpful with everything. I would highly recommend his place to anyone!

The approach was exciting, narrow steep roads, possibly oncoming traffic. But as soon as I entered the house, I forgot about it. Great house, completely private, plenty of space and a crazy view from the terrace to the sea. The pool provided the necessary daily cooling. Nearby, the selection of various bays for swimming and waves was great, also the beautiful Sintra is around the corner. Bernardo was very friendly and flexible and gave good tips for nearby restaurants. All in all, a relaxing stay!

The apartment is new and very carefully furnished. The host is very accommodating. The apartment is in a very good position near the beach.

In the last three years of travel, this has been my favorite place. The setup is perfect, pool is great, beautiful scenery, town is friendly and helpful, good local food, and excellent room and facilities.

We strongly recommend this house. We spent 7 very peaceful days there. You will find a lot of calm there… All around the house there are fruits and vegetables that you can pick (they are excellent). As for the host, it's very nice, listening, etc. Finally, you can go there!

We spent a lovely weekend in the house which is big enough to share with family or friends. We loved everything though the house is not super modern but rather traditional filled small meaningful details created by the owners. The view is amazing and we loved grill zone and patio full of sun.

Very cozy, beautiful place to stay in Sintra. Breakfasts are just right for the morning. Host is very welcoming, answered to all of our questions quickly and helped when we needed

We had a great time. We were five adults in this very spacious house. What we really appreciated was that the linen and towels were brand new, as well as the mattresses and all the dishes in the kitchen. It felt like we were the first family to stay. The area is very quiet and close to the beaches where the boys have surfed. We loved everything and it was a beautiful vacation. Thank you Fernando

Hosting exceeded our expectations. Very clean house, organized, well cared for, with all necessary available and very well located. I loved to get to know Lisbon, I would definitely stay there again.
