Tolle geräumige Wohnung in Palermo. Natalia ist sehr kommunikativ, freundlich und proaktiv. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Beim check-in wurden wir von Gaetano freundlich in Empfang genommen. Gaetano war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns gebuchten Parkplatz gezeigt, gab uns gute Empfehlungen für die Gegend, Einkaufen, öffentliche Busse etc. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden, auch die Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln ist da (für uns sehr wichtig). Natalia hat für uns sogar Taxi zum Flughafen (Fahrt um 3h nachts) organisiert, vielen Dank!

Appartamentino al sesto piano in via della Croce Rossa a Palermo, nella zona dello stadio. Pur trovandosi in una zona periferica, è ben collegato: il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, e lo shuttle da/per l’aeroporto è comodissimo. L’alloggio era pulitissimo e ben tenuto. A quell’altezza i rumori della strada sono abbastanza attenuati, anche se le sirene delle ambulanze, frequenti vista la vicinanza a una via principale, si sentono lo stesso. La zona, sebbene non centrale, è ricca di servizi: supermercati, pescivendoli e tutto il necessario a portata di mano. Forse il prezzo è un po’ alto rispetto alla posizione, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva.

This apartment was so lovely and new. You could tell it was built to a high standard, with pincode or app access, a nice entranceway and stairs, and a lift. Everything was clean and it was quiet inside. If you're interested, the gym has really good equipment. The location is perfect, easily walkable to the old town but also a few minutes to the ferries and bus stops at the port.

Riccardo ci ha accolto molto calorosamente, la casa aveva tutto il necessario. Il tutto è stato completato da una vista mozzafiato in una location tranquilla.

Sabrina è stata gentile e super disponibile dandoci anche dei consigli su dove mangiare, appartamento ben curato e pulito! Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Andrea è stato un hoste veramente gentile e premuroso. La casa, spaziosa e in un'ottima posizione, si presta perfettamente ad ospitare un gruppo di amici. Stra consigliato!

L'alloggio è stato arredato con mobilio nuovo ed è molto pulito e curato. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!

Emplacement proche du port et du centre-ville à pied ce qui permet de laisser la voiture dans le parking de la résidence qui est fermée. Literie confortable, parfait pour une étape

Le logement était impeccable, et nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les extérieurs sont vraiment charmants, avec une superbe piscine à débordement qui a ajouté une touche spéciale à notre expérience.

appartement à proximité de toutes les commodités à pieds, location de vélos et scooter, commerces, supermarchés, boulangeries, glacier, sandwicheries et restaurants, ainsi que du port de pêche avec le retour des pêcheurs vers 8h le matin et sur place jusqu'à environ 11h. malgré cette proximité du village, l'emplacement de l'appartement est au calme et la literie de qualité, le voisinage aussi discret, le tout est parfait pour permettre de bonnes nuits de sommeil et du repos ainsi qu 'un bon séjour. l'appartement est fraîchement rénové avec soin, très propre, avec ventilateur et climatisation. nous le recommandons. merci encore à Fabio et sa charmante maman pour leur accueil.

De appartementen liggen aan de buitenkant van de stad en vooral de tuin met zwembad zijn een oase van rust. Heerlijk om een paar dagen te zijn. Niet de goedkoopste B&B op Sicilië maar zeker het geld waard! Rosario is super behulpzaam en heeft veel goede tips voor restaurantjes of bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving.

ottima soluzione per girare la parte ovest della Sicilia. l'alloggio si presenta ben fornito di confort. aria condizionata e terrazzo non l'abbiamo sfruttata molto in quanto alla sera si alzava un venticello fresco che aiutava molto il dolce sonno. parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile a non più di 20 metri dalla porta di casa. letti comodi e puliti.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great place. Looks even better in real. Good attention for detail and hospitality. Good location, for us it was a great location from where we could explore Palermo.

Очень хорошее тихое и чистое жилье, удобная кровать, на кухне есть все, чтобы приготовить себе еду, хозяин отвечает на любые вопросы очень быстро и всегда рад помочь. Душ и туалет чистые, есть стиральная машина, холодильник. Хороший быстрый интернет работает безотказно. Территория надежно огорожена и запирается так что можно смело оставлять свои вещи в квартире. Поскольку в Палермо тепло даже в январе, нет никакой необходимости в отоплении, это прекрасный солнечный край, где на деревьях растут апельсины и лимоны. Каждое утро здесь в окне вы видите яркое синее небо и солнце и ваше настроение сразу улучшается. Вы можете отправиться к морю, где вода теплая в любое время года и прекрасный морской воздух прогонит прочь ваши тревоги и печали. Я ездила в небольшой поселок Изола делла Фемина, буквально в двух остановках от Томмазо Натале, там великолепные завораживающие пейзажи и еще много котиков, которые украшают и так красивые места. Обязательно вернусь на Сицилию еще не раз!

Abbiamo scelto Il tempio sulle isole perché abbiamo 2 cani e volevamo che avessero la possibilità di farli stare in libertà in uno spazio recintato. La scelta è stata ottima. La casa è grande e comoda. La terrazza gode di una vista su Trapani e le isole Egadi veramente straordinari. Giacomo è un host molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto rimane l'ultimo giorno ben oltre il check in.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Giuseppe was extremely friendly and welcomed our family with open arms. The home was well maintained and only a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach perfect for any young family. The location offered scenic views with family-friendly accommodations such as a pool and a gated area for young children to run around. Overall, our experience here was amazing. We had a great time at this villa. We made good use of the gym and sauna in the morning before heading for a swim. The place was great and the hosts were very welcoming. All instructions were clear, we had a good welcoming even at midnight. Very satisfied with the whole rental and experience. I highly recommend it.

Antonio a toujours été réactif et répondu à chacun de nos besoins ! Le logement est très bien mais certains équipements ne sont pas suffisant pour 12 personnes comme les verres, les mugs, les tasses à café, les saladiers ainsi que la cafetière. Ce sont des points à revoir pour une villa avec ces prestations-la.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Diese können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass man schnell in San Vito lo Capo war und gleichzeitig etwas abgelegen ist und dadurch die absolute Ruhe genießen konnte. Für uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung

Abbiamo subito adorato questo alloggio, rispondeva esattamente alle nostre esigenze. Al centro dell’isola, vicino al centro ma al contempo in una zona estremamente tranquilla e immerso in una splendida vegetazione. Il patio è il punto di forza: fresco, con zone in ombra durante tutta la giornata! Silenzioso e circondato dal verde. Relax al 100%

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 11 Personen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit insgesamt 5 voll ausgestatteten Bädern (WC, Waschbecken, Dusche) musste sich nur ein Bad geteilt werden. Das 6. Bad am Wohn-/Essbereich ist nur ein WC mit Waschbecken, was von allen genutzt wurde. Bei zwei Zimmern im Obergeschoss ist zu beachten, das wegen dem schrägen Dach, die Deckenhöhe teils sehr niedrig ist und Personen über 1,80m ihre Probleme haben könnten, aufrecht zu stehen. Da wir alle die meiste Zeit aber eh unten oder draußen waren, hat es nicht besonders gestört. Das größte Highlight dieser Unterkunft ist der Außenbereich: riesige überdachte Terrasse, großer Pool, viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und alles mit wundervollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Küche haben wir auch öfters genutzt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war per Whats-App auf Englisch mit dem Eigentümer Antonio problemlos möglich. Er antwortet schnell und kümmert sich um alles
