La casa di Annika è fantastica e la consiglio senza alcun dubbio. E' molto pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di ogni confort. Si nota l'impegno con il quale Annika la cura. Il giardino e la terrazza offrono poi un apprezzabile valore aggiunto nel caso in cui vi sia bel tempo. La posizione è ideale perché è vicina al lago e consente di raggiungere con facilità molte altre belle località della zona. A poca distanza si trovano supermercati, negozi e ristoranti. La comunicazione con Annika è stata facile e veloce. La ringrazio molto per il bel soggiorno!

The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, das wie auf den Bildern, unsere Wünsche voll erfüllt hat. Durch die strategisch gute Lage gibt es eine Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Lisa hatte hierzu auch tolle Tipps (auch für Restaurants) hinterlegt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Séjour très agréable à Gauting dans un logement spacieux et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et les instructions de l'hôte réactif en cas de besoin. Je recommande ce séjour si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours dans un cadre paisible.

Schönes, großes Haus mit toller Terasse in einer sehr schönen Gegend. See, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Geschäfte waren sehr gut erreichbar. Alles war sauber und geschmackvoll. Die Kommunikation mit Moritz sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

Прекрасный дом в прекрасном месте. Совет для путешественников: Точно следовать правилам дома и наличие ТС обязательно, т.к. дом расположен удаленно от магазина и озера. Очень хорошие хозяева, с Киарой были разрешены все проблемы лучшим образом. Обязательно внимательно читайте правила в ваучере и вам обеспечен райский отдых.
