The lovingly newly renovated vacation home is located near the Roxheimer Altrhein and has 5 rooms, on 110 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

We want to rent out our house from 1900. It has a beautiful garden that is very well maintained. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is very spacious. A living room of about 40 m² invites you to relax and linger. Ideal for small groups and day-trippers. You're among yourselves. In summer you can sit wonderfully under the beautiful tree in the garden. Here you are among yourselves. If you are interested, we can offer a wine tasting in the house. We have a winery across the street.

Freshly renovated, rental of private apartment 3.5 rooms (living-bedroom and lounge or as a study usable) with private bathroom 53sqm including smoking area in the outdoor area and private parking space. The apartment also has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The apartment has no cooking facilities. And is on the 1st floor. In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Including WLAN and additional costs.

A modern living area features a large sectional sofa, a plush area rug, and a glass dining table. Natural light floods the space through sliding glass doors, offering views of the serene lake and surrounding greenery. Minimalist decor is accented by soft blue hues.

Very comfortable vacation home for 2 persons on privat lot with private access to the water. Large roofed porch in front of living room and kitchen. Bright rooms, modern style. Kitchen completely equipped (dish washer, refrigerator/freezer). Bedroom with boxspring bed (1,60 meters wide). Separate storage room with washer-dryer. Floor heating in all rooms; private wireless LAN. A deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival.
