Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Stay at the historic town hall

It doesn't get more central than that. And a large parking lot less than 3 minutes away. The newly renovated and newly equipped vacation home is - as the name suggests - located directly at the historic town hall. Right next door is the well-known restaurant "Drei Hasen," just a few steps away you will find the pastry chef world champion Bernd Siefert, who is well-known from radio and television. Or you can pamper yourself in the Rathausbräu, the restaurant of the actress Jessica Schwarz. Or visit the city garden...

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. You will stay in a small cozy quiet apartment with an open living and sleeping area, a kitchen and a small modern bathroom. The property is right in the middle of the village. My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
