Elegant, bright and comfortable, the apartment is characterised by a long balcony and consists of a spacious living area, a study room, and a bedroom. The unit is silent and located just outside the tourist flow in one of the most fascinating and lively neighbourhoods of Venice: Cannaregio.

If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

The private view of the canal on one side and the internal courtyard on the other make it one of a kind. It is located on the second floor, offers a covered parking space inside the property and is a short walk from the sea and the nearby central pedestrian area where you can find restaurants and shops of all kinds. The bus stop, a few meters away, allows you to reach the nearby shopping center in ten minutes, while a grocery store and a bicycle rental shop are just outside the house.
