Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

Our guesthouse is available for a minimum of 3 nights. Mandatory additional costs: Tourist tax 1.50 pp/pn to be settled on site.

If you want to relax and decide what you do, you've come to the right place! We have a completely self-contained cottage(45m2) next to our house where you can enjoy. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here it is beautiful hiking and biking or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Escape to chalet "De Groene Specht" which is surrounded by lush forest and vast meadows. An oasis of peace in a beautiful setting. In this idyllic spot overlooking a horse pasture, you can hike, cycle or just enjoy silence. The fairly new chalet is the only one on the property and is luxurious and sustainably furnished.
