The apartment is centrally located but quiet in a house with elevator, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area there are beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar paths.

This lovely bright house with beautiful details is perfect for the big family or group of friends. There are plenty of living areas and a total of 5 bedrooms spread over two floors. The house has a large bathroom with bathtub/shower upstairs and a smaller toilet on the lower floor. In the kitchen there is a washing machine and dishwasher. In the summer, there is a patio in the lush garden. It is free to park on the street just outside the house. In the house, there are two sets of baby cribs, chairs and some toys.

Two of the bedrooms have beds that are only intended for babies up to about 12 years ( in the lower part of the bunk bed, an adult can sleep) In one of the bedrooms there is an aquarium ( tenants do not have to handle this but it is pre-prepared) Portable AC is available in one of the bedrooms.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Feel at home in our welcoming house in a quiet neighborhood in Örby in southern Stockholm. The house is an old, classic Swedish house from the early 1900's that has been renovated with respect to its history. Here you have a home that combines modern comfort with rooms and style from the past. We're a family of four (and a cat) so if you're travelling with small children there are plenty of toys and several different sleeping options.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Welcome to a detached mini house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, as agreed.
