Bright 50 m² apartment with balcony in the heart of Witten. In just 10 minutes you can reach Bochum or Dortmund by train, and via the A44 you can quickly reach other cities in the Ruhr area. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, the city center is 5 minutes away. Ideal for families, couples and business travelers who appreciate comfort and good connections. The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed (140×200), so that a total of 4 people can stay in the apartment.

You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.
