The apartment is very bright and sunny. The city center, old town, Rhine promenade, Schauspielhaus and the Opera are within a few minutes walking distance.

The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

We have a 110 sqm apartment in our house for 4 people. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in the living room and in both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower also leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 a.m. - 9 p.m.) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. The sauna is a private area and costs €15 per 3 hours and person

The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.
