Wir bieten ein 12qm Zimmer für unsere Gäste aus aller Welt an. Das Zimmer hat auch noch einen durch eine Glastür getrennten ca. 2,5qm großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es befindet sich im 1.OG unseres Hauses. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche steht zur freien Verfügung. Neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner kann auch unsere Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im Erdgeschoss benutzt werden. Auf Wunsch wird ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für 10€ Aufpreis pro Person angeboten.

On the private floor in the attic of a detached house, you will find a modernly furnished apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

The room is located in the center of Dortmund and many attractions can be reached on foot from here. I have an exceptionally beautiful quiet backyard right by my studio. The atmosphere in this garden is peaceful and animated by good spirits. For relaxing! In my 75 sqm studio, you can admire my extraordinary paintings with earth on canvas and various sculptures. The kitchen and my small bathroom can of course be used.

Relax in this special and quiet house. Gather strength for your activities or trade fair visits. In two minutes you are at the S-Bahn stop and in 10 minutes by public transport in the old town. 30 minutes to the fair. Not suitable for children under 14 due to a missing railing on the top floor stairs. It is a place where parties and unannounced guests are not tolerated.
