A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Cozy 1-room apartment with about 54 m², with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking space are provided. The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.

Four seasons on the farm

The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures.
