Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

Our apartment with old wooden floors, tiled stove and lovingly restored furniture impresses with old building charm. The listed house was built in 1774 and has been family-owned for 6 generations.

The V.I.P apartment, a new building accommodation completed in summer 2022 with a garden, welcomes you. The accommodation with garden and city views. It features a sun terrace, free Wi-Fi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station.
