Wir haben uns auf unserer Hochzeitsreise befunden und unsere letzte Station bei Emilio und Giancarlo eingelegt. Was soll ich sagen: Es war schönste und herzlichste Erlebnis, das wir in unserem fast dreiwöchigen Sardinienurlaub hatten. Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft und genau wie beschrieben. Eine herrliche Ruhe umgibt das Haus und man hat einen unheimlich schönen Panoramablick! Was aber wirklich einzigartig ist, ist die Herzlichkeit der beiden Gastgeber Emilio und Giancarlo! Wir haben uns so gefühlt, als ob wir bei guten Freunden sind. Jeden Abend haben wir in sehr guter Gesellschaft die Kochkünste von Giancarlo genossen und sind morgens mit einem guten Frühstück in den Tag gestartet! WUNDERBAR 😉 Lieber Emilio, lieber Giancarlo, wir sind sehr dankbar, euch kennengelernt zu haben und sind uns sicher, dass wir uns in der Zukunft wieder sehen! Check-in was smooth – Riccardo, the co-host, welcomed us warmly and was very kind throughout our stay. The location is great: just 3 minutes’ walk from the quiet and lovely Spiaggia delle Saline, where we enjoyed a picnic and stayed until sunset. Cala dei Ginepri is about 15 minutes away on foot or a quick drive – also stunning and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, full of character and charm, with unique details like carefully chosen vases and beach towels. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with an induction cooktop. My partner had to work and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls. We also appreciated having a washing machine – small but useful for light laundry. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to relax. We felt at home right away!

Wir durften eine wundervolle Woche in Annas traumhaftem Ferienhaus verbringen – ein Ort voller Wärme, Schönheit und liebevoller Details. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns wie bei Freunden aufgenommen. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern strahlt auch eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre aus, die uns sofort heimisch fühlen ließ. Anna ist eine Gastgeberin mit Herz – aufmerksam und authentisch. Ihre Begrüßung war so herzlich, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlten. Besonders schön war auch der gemeinsame Nachmittag, den wir mit Anna und zwei ihrer Freundinnen verbringen durften. Auch unser Hund Max war herzlich willkommen und hat sich genauso wohlgefühlt wie wir. Es gibt viel zu entdecken, sowohl im Haus selbst als auch in der Umgebung. Wir danken Anna von Herzen für ihre Freundlichkeit, die vielen liebevollen Kleinigkeiten und die echte Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder Herzliche Grüße

Fantastische plek, super mooi uitzicht! Rustig, ‘s nachts bezoek van wilde varkens en ‘s morgens bezoek van de koeien van de buren! Helaas was de buitendouche (tijdelijk)buiten gebruik, maar verder was alles top en zoals beschreven op de foto’s! Strandjes en Olbia ook ok korte afstand (met de auto).

We were super happy with the apartment. Best part is definitely the swimming pool that you are sharing with up to 4 others, but mostly we had it for ourselves. Also the view from the balcony is extremely beautiful which we didn’t expect before. Just because of that I’d highly recommend this Airbnb. Parking for the car you need is right on front of the house. Olbia and beautiful beaches are all only a short drive. The bathroom was very spacious and had a good shower, everything was clean. Bed was ok for us even though it’s not the best mattress. You have to know that the walls of the house are pretty badly soundproof, so you can hear your neighbors, the birds and the water pipes which could be a little bit disturbing. Also the kitchen equipment could be improved. Especially when it comes to knives, a cutting board, cups and maybe a toaster. But still 5 stars, because it was a great stay.
