Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay- near to everything in Portsmouth! Walking distance to great little pubs & shopping. Hosts were very quick responding to questions- and kind. Thanks guys.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities. Very close to 700 bus, so getting to Chichester and Bognor Regis was really easy.

Beautiful apartment with stylish quirky decor. Everything you need for a great stay in a very accessible handy location right by ferry bridge. Local shops and marina nearby. Jonathan and Rebecca are friendly helpful hosts who arranged for a much appreciated early check-in. Highly recommend for a visit to nearby Osborne House or Cowes.

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway and close enough to explore some great places. All you hear from the garden is birdsong. Perfect. We stayed a week and visited Winchester a few times, Stonehenge, new forest, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, lymington etc. Very comfortable place to stay and Natalie clearly looks after the place. Thumbs up from us and if in the area again we will be coming back to the piggery.

The apartment is in a great location near to bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the main shopping centre and ferry terminal. We went to a show at the Mayflower theatre and visited the Isle of Wight during our 3 night stay. Christine was a responsive host and we would definitely stay again.

The flat was spacious and comfortable, with all the dishes and linens we needed. Check-in instructions were very clear (with helpful photo illustrations). The location is only a few minutes from everything in central Southampton.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Easy access to nearby coastal path with a good pub opposite. The places is as described and clean - will definitely start again .

The perfect base from which to explore Chichester. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Please look after the parking permit , unlike myself who managed to lose it somehow. My host was gracious despite the considerable inconvenience I had caused. I recommend this and flat and may well return.

Really nice appartment. Lokation was perfect, and all though the appartment is right in the city center, it was very quiet.
