It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
