Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Empire

Morgan’s place was perfect! We loved the Jack & Jill bathroom and appreciated having plenty of towels & linens. Parking was easy and the location was walkable to restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay and look forward to returning when we travel to TC again.

Adorable place in a convenient location. It was perfect for a short-term stay for 2 people. Very clean and well taken care of. Host was very proactive and responsive. No issues at all. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew's and didn't want to leave. It was very clean, easy to check in, and exactly what we needed after spending the day at Sleeping Bear Dunes. The continental breakfast that was available was one of the best parts and it really made it easy for us to relax the night before and not worry about breakfast. We definitely want to come back and stay again in the future.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

The apartment is really nice-great kitchen and comfy beds. The WiFi and TV reception are spotty but we were there to mostly be outside anyway. Camille is very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Very close to many wineries, cute towns, cities, and beaches. The color of the trees was the prettiest I have ever seen.

This was our second stay at Ken and Rhonda’s. It is still as nice as we remembered. It was very clean- which is always appreciated. Our dogs loved laying outside and listening to the birds. Thank you for a peaceful place to stay up north!

Jeffery had a wonderful air bnb right in the heart of traverse city! It was so nice to be able to walk to all the activities and restaurants in the area. In addition- the place has so much charm and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Great location! Walkable location to town and a short drive to Sleeping Bear! Super cute cozy house. Everything was new, nicely decorated, and well stocked.

We had a lovely, relaxing 5 days at this camp. It is simple but appears to be recently renovated. It’s not high end (the kitchen chairs are cheap plastic) but it’s clean, comfortable, and tasteful. It’s nestled on the lake with a gorgeous view. Sadly, the renovation did not include a dishwasher. Bayshore does a great job stocking the place - there are plenty of replacement supplies, including coffee. Two Bayshore annoyances: I requested a rubber spatula/flipper so the non stick pans didn’t get further damaged. Their response: I could purchase one myself. Also, you have to drag the trash can 200 yards up the driveway on Tuesday nights or “there may be an additional fee.” Still, I would stay there again.

Grandmas Place was as expected from photos! Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub (plenty of towels to use) and the local area for biking, walking, food and the beach!! Appreciated the offerings on the TV as well. (Been our experience most homes don’t have any working apps for their TV’s.) Allows for quiet time and entertainment. Used the grill and had a campfire too!

we loved to stay at this cabin in the Woods while exploring northern michigan! beautiful nature spot, great base to explore the surroundings, diving into touristic spots like Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Northport and Point Betsie Lighthouse, all in 20-30min reach whilst enjoying the tranquility of the Cedar small town and its wonderful people and places! the Kids (5 and 8) loved their upstairs hideaway, Fireplace outside and the deers close by ... its been a wonderful time for our Summer in Michigan!

The place is adorable and peaceful. The decor is cottage cute! Being able to walk out the back door to Lake Michigan for a bonfire every night was amazing!!! Three chairs are set up by the big window with sweeping lake views to chill in the evenings. Just be aware the place is smallish and no dishwasher so I would keep it below 6 people, but it worked out great for the two of us on our anniversary. It was romantic and a super pick!!! You will not be disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised!!! :)

The house was beautiful and felt like a brand new build. Everything was in perfect working order—and very clean. Location was a solid 10-min drive to Glen Arbor but very scenic. Would be happy to stay with our family of 5 here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's listing! Gorgeous Airbnb, very clean and well-decorated, and accommodating to all things we needed! The location was great and private, but still close enough to downtown Traverse City and other beaches. Our dog also had a fun time running around in the private yard. Chris was also a great host, was super responsive and helpful, and we loved the local tecommendations!

We had an amazing stay here. The location was right in town and walkable to everything. The house was well kept, organized and very comfortable. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend and totally enjoyed the Condo. It was clean, organized and we felt right at home. We most definitely would stay there again. It was perfect!! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent from you. It was nice to have a home, instead of just hotel rooms. Excellent experience.

We LOVE the location of Lisa’s condo! We enjoyed walking to many fine restaurants (The Omelette Shoppe, Archie’s Social House and Poppycocks to name a few) and shops downtown!! A short drive to Glen Arbor, Charlevoix, and Petoskey! About Lisa’s condo… it’s an ideal home away from home! Loved all the thoughtful touches throughout! We liked the convenience of having a washer & dryer as well!!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

Modern/new building. Friendly people that are living there/other Air BNB users. Nicely appointed Condo. Love the huge windows and dark blinds. Very clean and was well stocked. Very comfortable bed. Mostly quiet. You don’t hear other residents at all. Occasionally get road noise or planes from the nearby airport, but not disturbing enough to sleep. Very comfortable and enjoyed the Condo. However, that tight parking lot is a nightmare. You get ONE assigned parking spot. There are NO visitor parking spots. Unless you drive a Chevy Spark, plan on your doors getting dinged/gouged. I have never seen a lot with such narrow spots. When we arrived, there was a Pick Up on one side, and a Jeep on the other. I drive a midsize car, and my tires were barely inside the white lines. You can’t get out of your vehicle without your doors resting on the vehicle next to you. Obviously, this is at no fault of the Air BNB host, however I won’t be staying there again because of the parking situation.

Lovely place at the commons! Great space and great vibe

Our little family had a great time at Laurie’s place! As the saying goes, “Location, location, location!” We were in town for a specific purpose, but this would’ve been a great spot to launch downtown adventures from or to check out the West Bay beach area more. Laurie had clear check-in communication, her place was really clean, and it had all the amenities we needed for a quick family weekend in town.

We had a great time during our visit to Traverse City and Jennifer’s condo at the Capri was perfect for our stay - close to Front Street and some our favorite places like Firefly, Rare Bird and The Parlor. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious, comfortable and well equipped condo. Traffic noise was noticeable but lake view was pretty. Host was extremely responsive to unexpected issue in unit (shower door glass breakage). Overall highly recommend!
