Aan de achterkant zit u in het buitengebied en loopt u zo door de landerijen. Viswater, fiets- en wandelroutes. Fietsen beschikbaar. Eigen fietsen kunnen op het terrein staan. Vrij parkeren op straat. 30 Min rijden naar Groningen, Assen, Emmen. Het winkelcentrum van Stadskanaal ligt 4.6 km verderop, zie afbeelding extra foto's, de Spar 3 km. verderop.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common room are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders on the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop wonderfully and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.

Price: incl. breakfast + Wifi! Lots of nature with walking / cycling opportunities. There is a car charging station at 800 m. 7984 NM. Tea and Senseo unit included. Lunch E 5,- Dinner E12.50 ask about the possibilities and pass on diet/wishes. In addition to the extensive breakfast, which is included, fresh baked bread rolls and filtercoffee with backed eggs can be prepared by appointment at the agreed time. A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.
