Next to our monumental farm on the property, this small accommodation is available for a simple and inexpensive overnight stay. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is a 2-minute walk away. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bicycle 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

Estate in the center of Assen

Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the peace and space, which was normal then, in a modern setting. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Come and stay with the friendly hostess who will welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Vrijstaand, rustig gelegen compleet uitgerust guesthouse op zonnepanelen. Eigen toegang, terras en tuin. Ontbijt voor 1 nacht incl. Aan de achterkant zit u in het buitengebied en loopt u zo door de landerijen. Viswater, fiets- en wandelroutes. Fietsen beschikbaar. Eigen fietsen kunnen op het terrein staan. Vrij parkeren op straat. 30 Min rijden naar Groningen, Assen, Emmen. Het winkelcentrum van Stadskanaal ligt 4.6 km verderop, zie afbeelding extra foto's, de Spar 3 km. verderop.

Price: incl. breakfast + Wifi! Lots of nature with walking / cycling opportunities. There is a car charging station at 800 m. 7984 NM. Tea and Senseo unit included. Lunch E 5,- Dinner E12.50 ask about the possibilities and pass on diet/wishes. In addition to the extensive breakfast, which is included, fresh baked bread rolls and filtercoffee with backed eggs can be prepared by appointment at the agreed time. This service will be charged at 4,- p.p. extra upon departure.

B&B Loft-13 is an attractive, luxurious B&B on the border of Friesland and Groningen. Unwind and relax in your own sauna and wood-fired hot tub (optional/reservation). Excellent base for wonderful cycling and hiking trips. As well as business overnight stays, as you are a 5-minute drive from the A-7 towards various major cities. We provide a luxurious, varied breakfast, using fresh local products and of course the fresh free-range eggs from our own chickens.

Cozy apartment with private south facing terrace.

This comfortable apartment is the starting point for an unforgettable trip. You have an apartment with its own entrance, a private living room, bedroom and bathroom. South-facing terrace with lounge chairs and dining table. The apartment has a kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilities, microwave and refrigerator. The box spring bed in the bedroom is no less than 2.20 m long. The apartment is located on the national walking and cycling network.

"Character" was born out of our way of thinking; "making something BEAUTIFUL out of NOTHING" We have revived the former barn and completely renovated it so that our guests can enjoy a rural atmosphere in a very green environment with nice trips everywhere in the vicinity. Bed & Breakfast itkohuske

It Ko Huske is een bed & breakfast op de grens van Friesland en Groningen. Geniet van een comfortabel en volledig ingericht 2-kamer appartement met eigen voordeur, keuken, badkamer en verschillende terrassen om even lekker buiten te kunnen zitten. U kunt de B&B boeken voor een weekendje weg, maar ook als pied-a-terre voor een zakelijk en/of langer verblijf is dit appartement uitermate geschikt. U zult zich direct thuis voelen!

Guesthouse "De Bisschops' Stee"

Our house is a former business premises and had quite a bit of space left over. Where previously the shop/office spaces with customer toilet were, in the fall of 2019 we created a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (with coffee and tea facilities/fridge) and toilet/shower. The shop entrance is now a private entrance for our guest house. Ordering breakfast is possible, but this is not included in the base price as standard.

Located along the water in Kiel-Windeweer you can find the perfect spot to completely relax. Inside the farmhouse there is a luxurious apartment with everything you need. It has its own private entrance, a private terrace and a place for you to sit along the water so you can enjoy the peace this monumental village brings you. The products for the first breakfast are included!

What is "Op zijn Zweeds"? A fully furnished cozy home (former living area of the farm) with its own entrance, full of comforts and also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of opportunities to spend time outside the house privately. Extras we offer for a fee: - Grocery shopping when you prefer not to do it yourself in these times. - Providing a hot meal that is served in the B&B.
