We stayed at Villa Fedora on Easter weekend and it was a great experience. Mrs. Germana, her husband and their dog welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality: the apartment is very clean, small but comfortable, well heated and immersed in a beautiful flower garden while being in an extremely central position in the village. Our little dog was greeted with open arms by both humans and very sweet Penny, and she was able to walk anywhere without a leash, as if we were at home. We also particularly appreciated the recommendations on hiking trails and the terrace - solarium. Undoubtedly a repeat experience!

Great accommodation, very kind managers, clean and "full-optional" apartment. The sea is within walking distance, a short walk away, and there is a private parking area with easy access.

Barbara was a kind and friendly host who came personally to show us the apartment. It was clean and spacious and had a little cot set up for our fifth person. The rooms had dysons fans for the heat and the balcony views were beautiful.

Week with family with 10-month-old baby. Apartment on the second floor in a very central location, a cross street of Viale Ceccarini, despite this we had no problems during the quiet hours. Great spaces and very comfortable for the child. We were provided with a crib and high chair. Very satisfied!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Amazing views and easy checkin. Natalino is very helpful and responsive.

Cannot fault anything about the accommodation; everything worked and all rooms were like the pictures. There is also a washing machine and area to dry clothes available to guests. The location is amazing and due to having family from nearby, we knew what to expect from the roads. As a result, if you are not familiar with this area of Italy, bring/hire a small car due to the twisty narrow roads. Michela was a great host as she is very attentive and she knows the area very well should you need suggestions of places to eat or visit.

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Apartment clean, very comfortable to everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. Highly recommend it!

The owners showed incredible availability, as well as a kindness that is not always found. They were also very patient and helpful with unforeseen events and organizational changes communicated at short notice. We found the house comfortable, clean and cozy. We were provided with services and amenities of all kinds (full fridge, lots of food for breakfast), and we were also accompanied from the station to the house and from the house to the station. Thank you again very much and certainly on any other occasion when I need to sleep near Bologna, I will return to them. Thank you

This place is Bologna gold! We have been traveling for almost a month with a little one and this home was impeccable, huge space, amazing view of the towers, location location location! Oh and did I mention very comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and brand new kitchen. Honestly, it was the best airbnb we have stayed in a long time.

Can't say enough about how much our family of 5 adults loved this place. The place was very charming, plenty of comfortable furniture, the bedrooms were private and comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station, through the Duomo area which is beautiful. The area around the airbnb was full of restaurants, shops, fruit stands, cafes, anything you needed was close by. It was so nice to walk to David's cafe and have a coffee and pastry each morning! We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. They also have pasta making classes that you can see happening right outside the upstairs window.We enjoyed this place thoroughly! The downstairs has 2 large bedrooms with king beds. There is a little study/single bedroom off one of the larger bedrooms separated by glass doors. The room with twin beds is upstairs with the kitchen and bathroom. Hosts were great! You will not be disappointed!

The apartment was so beautiful, a journey back in time. Location is great, a short walk from all we wanted to see in Florence. check-in / check-out was flexible and easy. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with all things we needed for a great stay.

Having arrived early in the morning from Rome, we were allowed to store our luggage and met our host, Saiful, for a comprehensive introduction to the property. He was friendly, helpful, always available and talked us through all the amenities at the apartment. The apartment itself was tidy, clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine/dryer. The location was perfect, with a leather market downstairs, and a very short walk to the beautiful cathedral in Florence. There were supermarkets in close proximity as well as some great restaurants. We had a very memorable stay in Florence, and the apartment was an absolute bonus! At checkout, we dropped our rubbish in the nearby bins and walked to the train station with our luggage to catch our train to Venice!

A lovely flat and well equipped. Quiet and spacious. We walked to a lovely restaurant not too far away. Host very responsive.
