Jos' place was very comfortable, and exactly as per the listing. It's a very spacious bnb and everything, from the linen to the kitchen and the bathroom, was spic and span. Jos' was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I didn't face any issues despite a very late check in.

We loved staying here! It was super clean and tidy and matched the description. The bed was pretty comfortable, too! The hosts gave clear instructions on getting in and it was easy to find. It was a perfect location, not far from the airport or the Greek Theatre (about 15/20 minute drive).

My husband and I stayed for about 10 days. Quiet neighborhood. Rick's place was clean and cozy. When I needed to contact Rick, he was available to answer my questions right away. He was responsive and pleasant. Accessing directly from the parking lot (covered, assined space) to the apartment was very easy and quick. I would stay here again.

One of the best airbnb's I've stayed in! The apartment is sparkling clean and intentionally designed, having everything you need. Aaron was a very responsive and helpful host. The street is very quiet and has easy parking. There is some noise of footsteps above, but no voices or other sounds. This didn't bother me as I had a similar sleeping schedule to the family. I stayed here for 10 days and absolutely would come back! 100% recommend staying here.
