Vacation rentals with a patio in Emerald Isle

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Thank you so much, Wendy & Jeff!

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

We love Erika's place. This is our 2nd stay and we have already booked a 3rd. It's neat and clean. The bed is comfy. She provides towels, linens, soap, and shampoo. It's easy to access the entire island by bicycle. Lots of recommendations in her book. It's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Our favorite vacation spot.

This place was perfect for my stay! The location was great & had easy access to the beach & the local shops!

We got lucky and snagged this place for our anniversary. The house was just what we needed and we spent a lot of time hanging out on the porch. Felt peaceful and private, even when the road was busy. Best of all is the location and dedicated parking. 10 minute leisurely walk to downtown with so many great spots (Seabird especially). I hope we get to stay here again!

Super cute and comfy place. Easy to find, and easy to get into. I would 100% stay here again. I came to New Bern to visit my mom who doesn't have room in her home for guests. I am passing the information for this place on to my brother and sister as well.

It was a dreamy beach holiday for our entire family, including our furry friend Otis. Rick is a top-notch host who deserves a AAA rating. This newly remodeled home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to great local restaurants and bars. It is exactly as advertised. This Airbnb was clean, charming, and loaded with amenities that make you feel like you're staying in a luxury resort. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Soul soothing visit. A quirky cottage with a lovely 180-degree view of Queen’s Creek. From inside or out one can see beautiful water views from any of a dozen thoughtfully placed chairs and benches. Whimsical spinners, musical wind chimes, and fanciful ornaments compete with bright flowers and shells to capture your attention. Expansive deck screened by magical blue passion flower vines and topped by conchs, scallops, whelks, sea biscuits, lettered olives and even a moon snail. Lemon balm planted by the steps naturally wards off insects. Landscape shaded by tall oaks and pines, edged by natural garden beds dotted with color and light attracts birds, bees and butterflies. A miniature dock is perfect for casting a line or for just simply relaxing at creek’s edge, lulled by by the sway of the marsh grass. If you enjoy photography this joyful place is for you!

We loved the oceanfront covered patio with unbeatable access to the beach. The house was comfortable and reasonably stocked with everything we needed. I disagree with the previous reviewer about cleanliness- the house felt very clean in all rooms, especially for a beach house exposed to the elements

Shavon was a lovely, proactive and responsive host. Beautiful location and home. Easy to walk to public access beach with covered picnic area and clean restrooms. Love the coffee shop and pizza restaurant a few steps away.

It was a last minute booking and was absolutely Perfect! Perfect location!! Comfy space, clean, we had plenty of everything we might have needed! Can’t wait to come back!!

This is such a beautiful space to stay! The views and house make your vacation feel luxurious and relaxing. The main space is open and inviting. The couches are plush and comfy, great for times spent chatting away or watching a movie. (Or a quick nap!) The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. It was easy to make meals together. The pots and pans are fantastic quality, as are the knives. The bathrooms are generally clean, and there’s one for every bedroom. Bedrooms are cozy and the master has an incredible view. There are lots of geese and ducks that come and play in the front canal. The golf cart was easy to access and use. We unfortunately were not able to use the kayaks because how sludgey it was at the kayak launch/neighborhood dock. Definitely check the conditions before pulling out the kayaks! Overall, this is an incredible home and we absolutely loved our time here. Would love to come again!

Robert's place was nice, clean and had all of the supplies you need to feel at home! The neighborhood was nice, with lots of friendly faces. Be prepared for an approximate .5 mile walk from the house to your spot on the sand. There are 3 golf cart spaces, at the entry of the beach, if you happen to bring your own golf cart. The house came with lots of beach supplies as well. Great place to stay, as long as you're ok with the walk to the beach!!

Place was beautiful and exactly what was described!! I’ve never stayed at a place that was so stocked up with items I never even thought about. Joshua was very accessible, if I had any issues or questions he was prompt with a response. My family had a great relaxing time and would definitely stay again!!

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay for me and my girls. It was so comfy and we felt right at home! Hearing the waves every day was relaxing. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

Love, love, love! Everything as described, extremely clean and super easy access to the beach. Extra amenities all very thoughtful and so appreciated! All ramps to access beach which was perfect for my jogging stroller with my littlest! Highly recommend!!

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. What an absolute gem this place is. The home was very homey, comfortable and clean upon arrival. The amenities, the view and location was everything the host described a more. This is the perfect spot for a very calm and relaxing stay. My little family of 3 went from 3 to 4 this year, so we have a new little 4 month old addition to our family and even with an infant the stay was beyond pleasant and relaxing. Everything was at a much slower pace and it was just overall such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful time at this home! It is much more spacious than it appears in the photos, clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked with necessities and more! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. There is a nice walking trail nearby, a pond with turtles out back, and a taco place within walking distance. Everyone in our group said they’d stay here again if it’s available when we’re in town!

Had a great time, the space worked out perfectly. Very quiet and super close to the beach access. Great place to stay for one or two people
