This home boasts a private back yard with outdoor spaces, 3 comfortable bedrooms to rest, fully stocked kitchen, close to area beaches, shopping and attractions. Great waterfront resturants you can eat, watch dolphins and view the beautiful sunset. Public boat ramp a minute away with fishing and kayak launch.

Fishing paradise, reading retreat, and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
