Villa vacation rentals in Emerald Isle

We had such a lovely time staying at this property in Carolina Beach! The home was beautiful, clean, and bigger than expected. It was so peaceful waking up and having coffee overlooking the ocean! We loved the private boardwalk to the beach - which was such a short distance and perfect with two littles (especially when we forgot something or it was naptime). The elevator was a hug plus with strollers. This is the type of rental we’d come back to year after year! Thank you!

Cozy, clean home on a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the amenities including walkout beach access, beach chairs & umbrellas, the pool, and the fitness center. The location is great — right in the middle of the island — so we got to explore shops and restaurants at both Emerald Isle and Beaufort during our stay!

Megann’s place was exactly as described. We had a great time using the pools and quick access to the beach. Our girls loved playing in the baby pool with the beach toys Megann provided. We loved to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the waves. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The Airbnb is well laid out and worked well for our two small families with young kids. Megann was extremely responsive for everything we needed during the trip. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay especially to bring a boat. Bring big spray! Mosquitoes and no see ems are bad but that’s to be expected. Beautiful spacious house, owners are very nice and easy to get ahold of for questions

We loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous, and convenient to everything Wilmington and Carolina Beach has to offer. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was welcoming and clean.

Better than expected. The location is superb. I've been to the NC coast at least 20 times. This is by far the nicest, quietest, non-touristy yet all-you-need-is-here location. The ocean is also better than in many other places along the NC coast. Definitely the bluest water. The townhouse is also nice, clean, and has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful, restful time during our stay. The views were amazing and we spent most of our time on the porch and by the pool. A little tricky with the tide and our boat, but didn’t take long to navigate along with clear instructions provided by the host. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I came for Spring Break, 2025 and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was more than we expected! There was enough room for 5 adults, 5 teenagers, and 2 kids under 10 years old. We really enjoyed the home, area, and being so close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home.

This place is absolutely stunning! Michael gave tons of recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. The best view of the ocean and privet access to the beach. Awesome pool and club house. We had the most wonderful time. This is a highly recommended location. We will be returning in the near future.

We found ourselves, six adults and two dogs, without a place to stay due to an issue we did not know about until after we arrived (not booked through AirBnb), and struggled to find alternative accommodations on such short notice. Not only did this rental fit our needs, but the host responded within minutes of our inquiry and they were able to get our check in instructions to us within the hour. We had already waited for others to respond for nearly two hours, so this was such a relief for us. The rental itself was clean, great location, beautifully curated, had everything we needed for our weekend. The host provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, things to do, check in/check out instructions, and a lot more in a convention, easy to use portal. We could not provide a better rating about the host and the rental. Definitely recommend for big parties! Thank you!!!

I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks

John and his co-hosts were amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed as family. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. The place was cleaned to perfection and there was so much to do! We were able to schedule an animal tour the same day, grill outside using their supplies and really relax as much as possible. Our room featured a private balcony and bathroom, but really the entire property should be highlighted. The hosts recommended beaches and restaurants for us to enjoy, and as we were checking out, John let us know that he was preparing breakfast for us as well! We were able to leave this amazing place with a full belly, homegrown fruits and veggies, eggs, and great memories. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks again John B., John M, and Diana.
