House vacation rentals in Emerald Hills

Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

This spacious home was absolutely beautiful for our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities that the home provided. Specifically, the pool and vast dining spaces were a perfect match for our large family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, central to the attractions we wanted to see including downtown San Fransisco and the Winchester house. The homeowner was great with communication throughout the booking and check in/out process. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the place, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Mei was very attentive and quick to respond to any question we had. I highly recommend it.

Amazing property & setting, absolutely loved the pool, sport court, etc. Hosts were communicative & easy, will certainly be back for another warm-weather escape.

We live down in Santa Cruz and wanted to treat ourselves to a poolside weekend in the mountains (and this place did not disappoint!!). Would certainly stay again and appreciate how communicative the hosts were. As we get into summer we should have known better and brought our citronella candles because the mosquitos were out with a vengeance and forced us inside- so we recommend prepping for bugs if you want to stay poolside for sunset.

Our stay at Petra's house was truly delightful. She was a gracious and responsive host, and her clean, cozy home, nestled in a beautiful San Carlos neighborhood, provided everything we could have wished for.

A hidden gem with warmth and character, close to everything and very private at the same time. The patio and gardens under the giant redwood is filled with fig trees, tropical ferns, orchids and banana trees. Beautiful tile and stone work decorates the paths , columns and interior spaces of this charming California Bungalow. The stuccoed interior has tall ceilings and massive beams. Big barbecue and well stocked and organized kitchen

The place did the job - a short work-related trip so all I needed was something simple with a good bed and functioning TV. Everything worked well and it was a nice touch having coffee beans, a grinder, and a pour over. It was mostly very quiet - a touch of train noise in the distance but you'll barely notice it.

The second time staying in this cozy and peaceful place, this time for our extended family visiting Belmont. My 4 year old nephew and his family really enjoyed the stay. Not only the inside (which stayed cool even though it was early summer), but also the sunny backyard was really great. Lacey was responsive for any questions they had. Thank you for hosting us again!

We lived in Gonul's house for 4 months and it was a wonderful experience! The house is very nice, spacious and has everything you need; the neighborhood is very quiet and well located. Gonul is a super hostess; she was always attentive to our needs. She welcomed us with appetizers and every two or three weeks she surprised us with dinner or more appetizers. Highly recommended. Beautiful place to stay at it was cozy peaceful, nice backyard for grandson and fury babies to play, very clean and host/cohost were quick at responding and ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend this place!!!!

This is my second stay with Jessica and Florian. This two bedroom house with a sunroom and fenced in yard is my favorite place to stay in the area. It is clean and nicely decorated. The linens are very nice and they have taken care to make sure the beds are comfortable. I really appreciate that they welcome dogs. The kitchen is great and easy to cook in. Thank you for having us!

My family had a wonderful stay in Kelly’s home. It is beautifully appointed, spacious, with lots of character, and had everything we needed for a group stay. It was also absolutely spotless and we felt right at home. Kelly was so warm in her communication. We highly recommend this for a group visit — it is very hard to find something with three full bathrooms, and this home had lots of space for us to all relax!! Thank you, Kelly!

My husband, sister, and I had a wonderful 5-day stay while in California for our daughter’s graduation. Our hosts, Sophie and Jennifer, were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was spotless and well set up, with a beautiful sunlit kitchen nook, a sizable well-equipped kitchen, and a desk for work. We had a great stay and hope to return soon!

We loved our stay! The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes from a beautiful redwoods park and a short drive to the coast. This part of California is tucked away from the busy crowds of the Bay Area and feels remote. The Loma Mar outpost offers basic provisions and a restaurant a few minutes from the house, and Pescadero has a strip of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away. The house is lovely and comfortable, very peaceful.

Traci’s Place is stunning,Beautiful and modern, very spacious, clean House, with upscale finishings ,in a nice , safe and quiet neighborhood,Just in the middle of SFO and Stanford, easy to get around the Bay Area .We would absolutely recommend this place. (Note that the fourth bedroom has a circular stair the bed is upstairs and the bathroom downstairs) Tracy and Brian were very responsive and super helpful hosts.

Nice place in Belmont , a hilly quiet suburb on the SF Peninsula. Place is as described. Could do with a bit more of a personal touch in terms of decor but otherwise flawless. Some reviewers faulted the Driveway - it’s only a problem if you have a sports car with reduced ground clearance.

This is maybe my 10th time staying here. When ever I’m in Redwood City for work I always book this house. The room is clean, with a great bathroom and the kitchen has everything I need to have breakfast and dinner. By now feels like home.

Maria's Air BNB was perfect for our team's work trip! It was exactly as advertised and had a grocery store right across the street so we could walk to get supplies needed. The neighborhood felt safe and we would stay again given the chance!

We enjoyed our time here. Our 2-year old grandson enjoyed the collection of toys that were available. It was spacious and comfortable, and close to a very nice walkable park with a playground.
