Nice cozy convenient location for myself & my granddaughter's first visit to Cleveland. Apartment offered all the comforts we needed, including the two very comfortable beds. Dave was quick to respond anytime I contacted him which was appreciated. The only drawback was the parking due to street construction & the driveway being too narrow to accommodate my full-size SUV with another vehicle parked in the drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend Dave's place for a nice quiet comfortable stay!

This was the most amazing stay. I am originally from Cleveland and I felt right at home in this apartment. It was so close and conveniently located to absolutely everything downtown has to offer. The hosts were effective communicators with everything I needed. The next time I come back to my home town to visit family, I will be staying in this very same spot. Arnold was incredibly accommodating and kind! He described the place and how to arrive in great detail and he was thoughtful, even asking me if there were any foods that I wanted to have during my stay. He responded quickly and was attentive. The location was AMAZING, right in the heart of downtown Oberlin. The place was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend staying here!

The most beautiful place for a peaceful getaway, feels like home and so clean and nice. Lots of things to do around and good restaurants. Friendly host with clear instructions on how to get inside and what to do for checkout! Had the best weekend at this beautiful home.

Wow! This unique stay was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed for our visit to Amherst! The quaint downtown with ample restaurants was an easy walk. The home had a quirky, appealing layout, with plenty of space and a TON of beautiful plants and comfortable furniture. Easy check in, no issues whatsoever. I'd highly recommend!

We loved the house, the location, and the amenities. It was perfect for our family and so close to the people we were visiting. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Our grandkids loved the 3 season room with the lights! We hope to be able to stay at The Casita again when we return to Oberlin.

Frequent stays at Justine’s lovely cottage home with plans to return before the holidays. Tastefully decorated, comfy beds and very clean. Had a great family gathering/ pizza party in the enclosed porch. Lots of room!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful gem with us. The location is perfect for visiting local restaurants and getting easily into town for a baseball game. The cottage itself was cozy, comfortable, and clean! We would certainly consider another stay in the future.

Emerald’s pleasant little house was my perfect homebase in Oberlin. I was there to visit my student, and it was lovely not to have to drive 30 minutes from a hotel. The house is well appointed and cozy. And the walking and bike trail nearby is just lovely. We will definitely book again!

We booked on short notice. Jonathon was very accommodating. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located on the lake.

My husband stayed here for a trip to celebrate his retirement, it is a neat and perfect condo centrally located in downtown. We tried to fit in as much as we could in three and half days. We walked to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was fabulous- a must see!! Also, walked to a baseball game one night, beautiful park. Visited the art museum and botanical garden, and West Side Market. As far as food, Dante for Italian was delicious, Blue Point Grille which is right across the street from this place was awesome. and Johnny's Little Bar and grill for the best burger, right around the corner also. Stephanie was the best to communicate with, she suggested things to do and we did almost all of what suggested, cant wait to return. Thanks for the best time!

Perfect location, right in the heart of Downtown Cleveland. Very convenient if you’re here to explore the nightlife.

All great things, all great things! This was one of our favorites that we stayed so far and we've been in several at this location! Also, this was the first time we fished right there on the water, and it was great fun! Ross was very responsive on a couple quirky questions, nothing impactful, all great! Would stay, again.

We had a great stay at Vincent’s apartment! Everything was clean, he was responsive ahead of check in and during our stay, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the space was very comfortable. It is right in the midst of Lakewood bars and restaurants and this was a perfect location for us. Thank you, Vincent, for the great hospitality!

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

A wonderful place to land for a few days...or even longer! All the amenities one might need to feel right at home. Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable furniture and bed. Right downtown and blocks from the Cleveland Browns stadium. At least 5 5-star restaurants are located right on the same block! Beautiful walk down to Lake Erie! Highly recommend.
