Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

Enjoy a 4 min walk to a private beach with spectacular views, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Attached garage and off street parking for 4 cars or your boat. Internet TV and Wi-Fi. Basement with 3rd bedroom, laundry facilities and great room with additional TV. Large backyard for grilling, outdoor dining and space for the kids to run. Enjoy the day at Main Street Beach, rent a kayak, pick your own berries, browse the quaint shops downtown or enjoy a glass of wine at the winery.

The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance.
