I recently stayed at Melbourne Furnished Apartments for 3 nights and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay — including a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was ideal — close to shops, cafes, public transport, and major attractions, making it easy to explore Melbourne. Parking was convenient, and check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the overall comfort of the space. It felt more like a home than a hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and well-appointed stay in Melbourne. Will definitely return for future visits!

Andrew’s apartment is a real treat. It’s in a great spot, close to everything but feels so very private. Such a beautiful art deco building with loads of character and gorgeous views. There’s a massive balcony area with lots of sunlight and Andrew is really lovely and very responsive. Highly recommended

Olivia’s apartment was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed, cosy apartment in Elwood. Directly opposite the beach and a short walk to public transport, shops and cafes. The apartment was light filled and with considerable space for two people. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing on the windows made for a very quiet room. We stayed for a short weekend, so didn’t make use of the kitchen - but it had a coffee machine, toaster, oven etc and all the things you might need. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Thanks so much for having us. We had a lovely weekend catching up with old friends and exploring Elwood. This was the perfect place for a cosy night in, the beds were comfortable and the place overall was lovely, neat, tidy and welcoming. We’ll be back.

Hi Pip & Jamie, We loved our time in Monton. Location was excellent - very close to our sister & public transport! Easy walking distance to shops & cafes. We appreciated those little touches that make a difference . . . Soft linen sheets, feather pillows, comfy, supportive mattresses, elegant, stylish decor. Thoughtful extras and beautifully clean. Jack is a world-class host, super responsive and caring of his guests. The place got 2 decent size bedrooms spacious living room and beautiful back yard. The place is really close to the beach ( 3 minute walk) and 5 minute walk to Elwood village (where you can find cafes, deli, health food shops and bars). The bus station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around with public transport (1 stop from Acland street) Everything we needed Jack was fast to provide and we will definitely come back on our next visit.

Such a great stay right across from the beach and close to everything. The property is immaculate and we will definitely be back!

We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Melbourne. I couldn’t walk far, but everything we needed was handy, like cafes, bakery, Coles, bottle store, health food shop etc. It was easy for my son to pick us up from the back entry, plenty of parking there on the street. There was a cold snap and rain for 3 days and the apartment was nice and cosy.

Great location, value for money and a cute and cosy studio! We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends looking for a pet friendly say in Melbourne!

This was my second stay at Grant's place, and it will be my go-to every time I am in Melbourne. It's secure, quiet, and ideal in this location, close to St. Kilda and Balaclava, with public tram and train access being extremely easy. It's so quiet and very safe and secure. The apartment is impeccable and has everything you could need. It's great to arrive late and know there will be a snack and plenty of tea and coffee. You can catch the bus right outside to go to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Grant responds quickly at all times.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Nice private apartment in a perfect location in St Kilda close to transport and restaurants. Loved that the parking space had a power point for electric vehicle charging. Self check-in was very easy!

Beautiful 2nd floor apartment with lift. So well and generously appointed. Stunning view from every room. Beautiful quality linen/towels. Very good beds. Kitchen has everything you could possibly think of. Public transport so handy. It’s quite expensive for 1 couple but for 2 couples it would be excellent value. We will stay again anyway because it’s so good!!

Stella’s place is perfect for an overnight or short stay, conveniently located close to all the things St Kilda has to offer so park the car up and relax. Safe and snug with a very comfortable bed, modern and clean amenities, all you need really. From booking to checking out, Stella’s communication was so friendly, helpful and clear. She is super responsive and on hand should the need arise.

Beautiful , aesthetically pleasing well appointed apartment. Quality linen , utensils in kitchen and other amenities.Close to public transport and short drive to CBD.loved our stay . Would love to stay again . Anna’ s communication was excellent .

A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
