Walk to the Beach from a Stunning Elwood Apartment

The home is a very generous 2 bedroom with all the comforts you could hope for. Guest will have access to the entire property except for the balcony which is undergoing renovations. I am available to you when needed. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any issues. Elwood is a beautiful bayside suburb with lots of great cafes and restaurants. It's just a few kilometres from Melbourne's CBD. Elwood boasts some amazing restaurants, cafes, and the beach—and it's all a short distance from the apartment. Ripponlea Railway Station is short 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Enjoy a spacious one-bedroom Art Deco apartment in the heart of Elwood. My primary home, she’s character-filled and homely - welcoming you with the essentials like milk & butter and a bottle of something on arrival - just as Airbnb was meant to be. Ageing gracefully with a few cracks here and there, this apartment is perfectly located near Ormond Rd's strip of boutique shops and cafes, and the beach is just down the end of the block (a 15- 20 minute walk). Air con is in all rooms to keep comfy.

Andrew's place was a lovely getaway for the long weekend. It's charming with great character, and very well sized for a studio style unit. All the restaurants in St Kilda/Balaclava are just a hop and a skip away and it's quite peaceful aside from cars going by on the neighbouring main road. Andrew was also super responsive and great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Olivia’s apartment was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed, cosy apartment in Elwood. Directly opposite the beach and a short walk to public transport, shops and cafes. The apartment was light filled and with considerable space for two people. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing on the windows made for a very quiet room. We stayed for a short weekend, so didn’t make use of the kitchen - but it had a coffee machine, toaster, oven etc and all the things you might need. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Our stay at Simons was great, check in was easy and there was bread, jam, fruits, butter and fresh milk in the fridge which I thought was kind & thoughtful it come in handy after our long trip. Tea and coffee was also available. The location was fantastic walking distance to the shops, restaurant's/cafes and beach was hardly to have close by. It was a nice cosy base for our weekend trip to the Footy, perfect for a small family or couple. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Sam and Negba were both very friendly and really good hosts. The accommodation was great, very comfortable and in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place and would stay again when visiting Melbourne.

Kim was a fantastic host and her home is truly a gem, it stands out from the crowd and was just perfect. It's a unique home that is lovingly out together and everything is jus perfect. Combined with with the very modern building and incredible location, it is really a perfect place! Kim and her team were super responsive and just made everything sublime and easy, will definitely be looking to return next time we're in Melbourne!
