This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

Second stay here this year, we love it. Ideally situated, close to the train station, town centre, restaurants and Booths. The apartment is clean and modern- two excellent sized bedrooms with very comfy beds - one is en-suite. Despite being in the middle of town it’s so quiet, you won’t be disturbed at night. Easy access, clear instructions and attentive hosts. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to Gill and Tom for a lovely stay. The coach house was beautiful, cosy yet spacious and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and well looked after, a real home from home. The local pub/restaurant with a stunning views of the estuary is only a stones throw away and the coach house looks out onto a field giving it a lovely rural feel whilst still being close to local amenities. Gill and Tom are really lovely, friendly, kind people and couldn’t do enough for us. We will be booking again and also recommending to family and friends. Thank you Gill and Tom ❤️

We stayed as a family with 2 toddlers and 2 dogs for one night. Becky and Mark were fantastic hosts, very friendly, helpful and keen to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The Lodge and garden are absolutely incredible, lots for the kids to do and enjoy and the dogs were given treats and made to feel welcome too. The Lodge is absolutely spotless, roomy and there are lots of little treats, surprises. There has been a lot of thought and effort put into making this place as amazing as it is. Breakfast was delicious! Unfortunately we were only staying for the night as it was on way back home from our main holiday, but we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.
