The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

You'll feel right at home in our quiet yet centrally located accommodation with a small garden terrace. Situated on the edge of the forest, you can start your hikes directly from the property. The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Studio apartment with a a tranquil residential vibe, ideal for singles or couples! It is located in a big house nearby a nice river promenade- the quick, easy access to the downtown areas. Unser Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger, idyllischer, sonniger Lage in Kirchberg. Vom Zentrum ca. 6 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Rustikale dennoch gemütliche „Häuschen“ verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Galerie, sowie ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk, Skiraum, Abstellraum für Sportequipment. Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer: splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
