The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids
