My place is about 10-15 minutes drive by car from the city centre (NOT WALKING DISTANCE). Free parking. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, but is close to the main bus station in Reykjavík and public transport and easy commute to the city centre with buses. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Nice apartment located 10 km from downtown Reykjavík with a free parking.. Swimming pool near by, grocery shops, gas station and good walking trails by the sea with a view over Viðey. Museum and galleries near by also. The apartment is on a fifth floor and in the building are 38 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.

Johanna’s apartment is amongst the nicest I’ve ever stayed in! She’s set up the space beautifully with everything you could ever need. My partner and I cooked all our meals and felt nothing was lacking, which is difficult to say for most Airbnbs. The shower had great temperature range and excellent water pressure and the bathroom was spotless. Johanna is very responsive and made us feel right at home. There’s free parking right outside and we never had an issue finding a spot. This is a great spot for those looking to stay within Reykjavik but not in the busy city centre - it’s about a 7 minute drive from it though! 10/10 would stay again!

Margrét's place is located in a lovely area with nice walks and not too far from the centre of Reykjavík. The apartment was spotless, had plenty of stock for travellers and was quiet. Margrét left us many essentials such as shampoo, cooking oil etc. Overall a great place to stay.

The modern building showcases a clean architectural design with large windows and several balconies. The exterior features a crisp white façade, accented by darker stone elements at the base. The entrance is situated prominently, providing a welcoming appearance.

This is the best place to stay if you are renting a vehicle. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Reykjavik, has assigned parking spot and has a grocery store right across the street. You can tell is a brand new building and all the furniture/facilities are just what you need to feel at home. We were able to explore Iceland and have a wonderful place to come back and rest every day. Highly recommend this place.

Great place near town - the house was clean and immaculate. We felt at home and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. Alda was always responsive and friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely stay:)

Johann is nice host. He was very kind and thoughtful, even checking if we had food for breakfast since all the stores were closed on New Year's Day. His place was clean, and very warm. Our family had a very satisfying stay.

The place is super nice and cozy, very well decorated! The host was super friendly and proactive, always responded quickly when i had doubts about something. Even though the house itself isnt very centered in the city, there is a bus stop thats a 5 minute walk from the place which takes you directly to the city centre.
