Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ellicottville

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

Our stay at Ashley's place was truly exceptional! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in.

We really enjoyed staying at Genevieve‘s place for our daughter‘s graduation from Saint Bonaventure. So many places we stay are so bland and unmemorable, but Genevieve‘s place was such a treat and will provide us many memories along into the future. She was very creative in decorating, and had lots of fun things to do in the house. We look forward to returning someday.

We booked this for a siblings getaway, and it was perfect! The bedrooms were beautifully appointed upstairs and we had room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking around the village.

We had a wonderful weekend at Windsor Castle! The house is cozy, beds are super comfortable and we had everything we needed at our finger tips. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed for a few nights and loved it. Peacful and quiet,yet close to town with all the fun things. House was clean and beautiful. It was a great little getaway, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place, peaceful, plenty of privacy. Kevin responded immediately when I had a question. Furnishings were ample and comfortable. We all loved the shower (giant shower head, good pressure, pebbled floor that was like a massage to the feet).

Fun time visiting good friends the area, not far from Ellicottville, one of our favorite places. Quiet and cozy, everything we needed for preparing meals and snacks. We very much enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

We’d definitely stay at Harry’s place again. The home was so cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make a nice meal upon our arrival. Harry even provided coffee, cream, butter and basic condiments. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but super close to all the fun downtown Ellicottville shops. Off-street parking.

I really enjoyed our brief stay. Our host Jess was amazing with great directions and made everything easy. We were there for a horse show so basically only slept there. But- this unit is located in an area with lots of night life and weekends festivals. It's not fancy- it's a place to hang your hat. Very clean, and attention paid to detail, like ensuring hygiene supplies, hand mirror, etc in Bath. There are stairs, just be aware, you will have to carry your luggage/bags up. A great stay, thank you Jess, we will be back!

This place was great! Super convenient location for the resort and right across the street from a lift. Close to town for restaurants. It was clean and comfortable!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Daryl’s place! He was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The location was amazing, extremely close to Holiday Valley as well as downtown. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ellicottville!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.

Tom & Julie’s place was perfect for our ski weekend at Holiday Valley resort. It was so cozy and they thought of everything and more as far as accommodations. It was clean, modern and the location was perfect. Tom was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival and we felt right at home. We will definitely return!
