Shopping (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarkets, Burger King, McDonald's) within walking distance in a few minutes. Nevertheless, super quiet and from the small terrace you have great views of the vineyards.

The granny flat is directly with us in the single-family house and has its own entrance. It is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat and the cackling of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here.
