Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

My accommodation is well suited for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children). At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Berta's Bleibe

Our apartment Berta's Bleibe has a spacious bedroom with a large double bed made of solid wood and a bedroom with two cozy single beds. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living and dining area invites you to relax with its high-quality oak parquet floor and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen-living room offers you all the utensils you need for cooking. Absolutely! A bright apartment with balcony on the first floor of an apartment building. A carport is available. The village is quiet and green, good for bike rides and walks. Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A bakery (max. 5 min walk) and also other shopping (DM, Kaufland, Lidl etc.). Feel at home. :-) Enjoy!

Quiet apartment on the farm Ruckhardtshausen

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The 45 square meter apartment is close to Öhringen, Heilbronn and Schwäbisch Hall. Equipped with high comfort. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace. A car parking space is available.

Löwenstein is located in a beautiful wine region near Lake Breitenau. On foot, you can walk in approx. 10 minutes up the mountain to the village. Here you have the Landgasthof Hohly, a general store which is open 7 days a week, a cafe with bakery, the post office and two bank branches. The next major cities are Weinsberg and Heilbronn. There is a key safe, so you can arrive at any time.
