The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 meters from the property. The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

Just a short walk away is the Mutschach recreational area with its hiking trails, bike tours and also Lake Aral, a wonderful swimming lake for all ages, is highly recommended.
