Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Elis

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

Beautiful and large house exactly as it was in the photos… It had three large bedrooms with a double bed in each room…Large living room with fireplace and kitchen as well as vehicle parking inside the garden… All spaces had radiators that warmed the space quickly…In a nice and central spot 20 minutes from the valleys…

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and Spyros is a standout host - extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The place is fantastic with a beautiful balcony that has a sea and Mountain View and hammock. The apartment is private and quiet but in the center of town, two blocks off the Main Street and four blocks from the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. I love this place and recommend it!

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

We had the most wonderful time with Dimitris & his family. Everyone is so warm and helpful, Dimitris has the best tips and the place far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and well-equipped apartment, great location and even daily service! Our personal highlight was the sugar-sweet cats that we took into our hearts :) There was nothing for us to complain about. If we come to Zakynthos again, we'll come here!

The house was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. It has a very beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or your wine at night. The neighborhood is very quiet. We were 2 couples where each had their own room and own bathroom! I highly recommend it!

Very nice house. Had a really good time there. Very relaxing. I loved the outdoorkitchen and the „Garden“ around the house. Felt Like Heaven.

My family and I have been coming to this area of Greece for 20+ years and we’ve stayed in a number of places around the this area. This year we finally stayed in the village of Kalo Nero and the apartment/house was perfect for what we needed. Sotiris is a wonderful and gracious host (as is the rest of his family). They’re very responsive and proactive for things we may need (e.g. sheets, towels, etc). I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to hear the waves crash on the shore and only be a few mins walk to amazing Greek cuisine and of course … the sea for a swim. I’m certain we’ll be back ❤️👍🇬🇷.

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. Perfectly located cottage for those who want to travel between 80 and 120 km (approximately) around, to reach 4 of the main archaeological sites and villages; From Mystras to Olympia... Mountain atmosphere and calm assured at 638 m altitude; this cottage has exceptional household equipment, to be enjoyed without moderation and with delight, in short, a father and son very satisfied with their 10-day stay; Thank you Sarantos for entrusting us with this residence. Fantastic stay, I loved Dennis' mom that came and checked me in, she didn't speak any English but we managed to do it with Google translate and it was adorable :-) Very quiet and peaceful rest and just what I was looking for.

We loved staying at Artemis Hill Studios. The location is great, as it's close to Zante town. The room was very clean and comfortable and they even cleaned it several times during our stay. We loved the view and the fact that it was in a quiet area. Spyros was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. We will definitely come back the next time we go on vacation on the island. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our visit to Zakynthos in early October provided us with some more clouds, a little rain and closed locations on the island. But at the same time a quiet island with all the space to admire the BEAUTIFUL sea and enjoy the BLISSFUL food and the FANTASTIC people. Our stay at Lofos Soilis made the dream complete. The apartment spacious, was cleaned every day and we had the best, sea view from the front door view! Dionysia was incredibly nice, very flexible in check in and check out and gave good tips on what to do on the island. We will definitely go back to Lofos Soilis on a next visit to Zakynthos!

Great apartment, very clean, beautiful view, great restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. At first, the towels were missing, but Panagiotis responded immediately and 30 minutes later everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful time on this wonderful island!

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie
