Had an absolutely amazing stay at Harry’s. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Although we could’ve just stayed at the pool and enjoyed the views, the location was perfectly in the middle of all our planned activities. Harry was great with recommendations and so helpful! Hopefully we will be back<3

We had a great stay as a family of 5 adults and 1 child. Nikos was an excellent host, very responsive and clear with communication. The villa was exactly as described and suited our group perfectly. We also took his recommendation to book a private chef at the villa, which was an excellent experience. The menu had plenty of choice and the food was fantastic. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful house! The location is peaceful with stunning nature and breathtaking sunsets. The house exceeded our expectations—it's much better than the photos, featuring nearly 4-meter-high ceilings, a lovely garden, very spacious balconies, and every tool you could need. The beach was secluded and felt almost private. Our kids were captivated, eagerly waiting for the hatching turtles, as it's the season for it. Zacharo is just 10 minutes away, and Kiparissia is 20, with Pilos about an hour's drive. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Very highly recommended!

The house was in a private surrounding. It is by the main road but far enough away not to hear the traffic. The house is was very clean, good size for families. The bedroom downstairs does not have A/C but you do get A/C from the lounge. Ellen is very nice host and would go back again. Lovely family home!

Initially the communication with Eleni was excellent. Immediate to our questions, he gave us all the information about the house very polite and friendly. In combination with the welcome we had from Mary & George, it really made us feel like part of their family. The house is a place that seems to be crafted with passion, with attention to details but also with great taste. Lovely garden with beautiful flowers everywhere, well cared for natural lawn and details that made your mood. Absolutely functional, with everything you may need to be at your disposal, divided into two levels and each with its own large bathroom. For those who like baking there is a functional bbq with a dining table for endless hours of relaxation, in the garden area. Two beaches accessible on foot within 3-5 minutes, great for children and a beautiful quiet neighborhood, for rest and family holidays. Eleni, Mary & Giorgos, Thank you so much!!!

We had a great time at Dimitris's place. His little touches during the stay touched us a lot. The houses are surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden in which the kids really enjoyed playing. Watching the sunset over the sea from the terrace was a special moment. The beds are comfortable and we have all the amenities we need for the holidays! It takes a car to go to the beach or run errands. This was our case so we enjoyed the calm and serenity of the place.

The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

The surrounding of the villa is peaceful and quiet, perfect for group relaxation, but it does not affect our travel arrangements at all. We all agree that Dimitris is the best host we have ever met!! Sincerely and enthusiastically considered every detail for us.Not only was the house well prepared and there were no problems, but they were also patient in helping us with all aspects of transportation, travel, and dining. The villa is very carefully arranged from the inside to the outside, fully equipped, and the necessities of life are very thoughtfully prepared.It's a very comfortable stay that makes you feel the warmth of home. This place was so cute. Made one feel we were in a luxurious Greek getaway. Private fence and pool. Huge rooms and family room. comfortable, clean, and hosts were kind. Definitely recommend

Upon arrival we were very kindly taken care of by Spartakos and were impressed by the beautiful location. The owner, together with his wife and sons, also turned out to run restaurant Spartakos in Zakynthos. Recommended! If you eat there, definitely try the homemade traditional Greek dessert, really delicious! What a long day these people make, during the day the accommodations maintained and working in the restaurant in the evening. If you then see how busy they were there (it was the week of the Orthodox Easter) then we could easily see through the fingers that the accommodation was a little dusty upon arrival. After the intermediate cleaning, this was also perfect. What a hard-working hospitable family. We have seen a large part of the beautiful island by car, also the tip of Spartakos to visit Porto Limnionas Beach is recommended, what a beautiful place! In summary, we had a great week. We will definitely come back again.

Spyros responds very quickly with his business partner. When I texted, 1 or both responded within a minute. Everything was clear and were open to questions regarding activities. The pre-arrival emails with suggestions for activities and restaurants have made our vacation even better! Price-quality ratio is gold and I would book with Spyros again in a heartbeat. We spent a beautiful weekend in Kalavryta. The house is very large spacious with 4 large bedrooms. Huge living room with fireplace for hanging all together. generally we didn't miss anything. Very pleased. The host is totally understandable. We had a baby and it served us perfectly in everything we needed. Inside the village the house perfect location. I will definitely prefer it again!

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

We stayed with four friends in the villa for a week and loved it! The villa was very clean and all the amenities we needed were present :) It was also cleaned regularly, which was very pleasant. The villa is a 15-minute walk from restaurants, 35 minutes from the heart of the city center and was easy for us to walk to. We could also easily park our car. Please note that there is an elementary school next to the villa and children playing outside in the morning (for us no problem, but not everyone will be waiting for that). All in all a top stay and really recommended!

Had a great stay at Euphoria Hill Villa. Dionisis was very helpful throughout, always on hand if needed. The villa itself is beautiful, amazing views and completely private/peaceful. I would highly recommend booking this property!

We really loved our stay here, literally have no complaints! I came here with 7 of my friends to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was perfect! Nikos and Aris and their family were such wonderful hosts, always quick responses for whatever we needed and gave us plenty of recommendations! A beautiful air BnB, exactly as the photos show and had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean - it was perfect. Thank you Nikos and Aris for being so welcoming and great hosts!! I highly recommend to anyone visiting Zakynthos and I’m sure we will be back again :)

The villa is as described, in a beautiful location with clear views of the sea. In walking distance is St Nicholas beach which is a beautiful sand beach with a few restaurants. We stayed during the off season so it was very quiet and a lot still closed but we easily hired a car from 3 mins walk away and toured around the island. I would recommend the villa which was clean, a good location with a lovely pool and sun lounger’s. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful holiday!

We stayed at this villa for 6 days and loved every moment. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early due to our flight’s arrival time. The villa was cleaned daily, and on the second morning, we were surprised with freshly baked goods. The pool was also cleaned daily, and the BBQ came fully equipped with tools, ready for immediate use. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortably fit five adults. It's just a 10-minute walk to the local town, and while there’s a slight uphill walk back, it’s manageable for anyone with average fitness. Streetlights make walking back at night easy. We didn’t rent a car and found the local bus to Zante town convenient, costing just €2.50 and taking 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again when I return to Tsivili.

A truly fantastic stay! Staying at The Tower in Vasilikos was an unforgettable experience. The Tower itself is full of character and charm, with beautiful views. Waking up to the view of the olive trees and the sea in the distance from the bedroom balcony was a highlight of our trip. The space is clean, peaceful, and uniquely designed, striking a perfect balance between rustic and comfortable. Valory and Vassilis left us some helpful local tips and ensured we were well informed before we arrived about check in and all of the features of the house. The location is fantastic - near some beautiful beaches (St Nicholas beach was a highlight for us) and great amenities. One of the highlights for our family was the pool – our children absolutely loved it! It was the perfect place for them to cool off, play, and enjoy the sunshine. If you're looking for a serene family friendly getaway in Zakynthos, The Tower is a rare gem. We left feeling relaxed, rested and not wanting to return home!
