Monthly Rentals in Eldred

Great place for us to stay while working. I hate that it’s not available in November

The River Cabin is great to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, or great if you are looking to relax for a weekend. House was very well kept, nice touch having a Traeger grill. One minor thing to note is backyard was overgrown and fire pit was not in ideal shape. Small inconvenience but would have been nice to have better access too. Would definitely stay here again !

This place was perfect for our quick 2-day trip - though we definitely could have stayed a couple more days. The cabin was very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. We met all the animals which was a highlight of our two high school aged daughters and their friend. Also played games inside the cabin. Had we stayed longer, we would have taken more time to relax and read on the porch overlooking a pasture. Melissa was very responsive to messages and made us feel right at home. The only suggestion for others staying would be to stock up on food items on your way to the cabin since you’ll much prefer to stay and enjoy the cabin and animals than travel back 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable and peaceful stay- one of our favorites!

Cozy house was well organized, lots of extra linens (it was cold and rainy during our visit, so this was so appreciated), tasty snacks, easy to find trash bags and other items that helped us pick up after ourselves, washer and dryer were so nice, plenty of towels, and other small touches were just perfect.
