You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.
