Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The spacious, 90-square-meter loft apartment is on the first floor of an old converted and expanded farmhouse. It has a large bedroom, shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV reading area, desk, dining area, additional sofa bed and large balcony terrace. A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. 100 meters to the swimming lake ,tranquility for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the forest . Here everything is far away and there are animals ( mosquito, wasp , fox, etc.) It is nature so there are leaves and pollen . Peace , relaxation and nature . Depreciation for cleanliness , price/performance,and location is never warranted.
