The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. 100 meters to the swimming lake ,tranquility for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the forest . Here everything is far away and there are animals ( mosquito, wasp , fox, etc.) It is nature so there are leaves and pollen . Peace , relaxation and nature . Depreciation for cleanliness , price/performance,and location is never warranted.

The cabin is built in sustainable wood construction and offers a magnificent view of Lake Bergheider with the large panoramic window. Relax in a 180x200 bed on a gallery overlooking the lake. The house has a privately used hot tub and a sauna with lake views.
