Kid-friendly vacation rentals in El Poblenou, Sant Martí

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

This place is a gem!! Not only were the accommodations clean, comfortable, and as described, Yolanda is a hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and right at home. She provided so many extras, including a homemade chocolate cake and some delicious little orange fruits from the backyard orchard that we had never even seen before. Delicious!! She was quick to answer all our questions and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The house is located in Zone 1 of Barcelona’s public transportation system and is easy to get to. It took around 20 minutes to get to the main metro hub with all the connecting lines in downtown Barcelona. (We got the visitor Hola Travel card and never had any problems.) We’d definitely stay here again!

David ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Ausstattung gut. Wir haben es genossen, außerhalb von Barcelona zu sein. Mit der S-Bahn hat man aber auch eine hervorragende Anbindung in die Stadt … alle 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

We had such a wonderful time here, a beautiful private terrace and so peaceful yet right in the middle of the city, one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed too, with lots of info also provided on the nearby area, and Jaume was a very kind generous and friendly host. The best place we have stayed in the city over the years we’ve visited, and we immediately booked to return on our next visit!

Mo's place is ground floor ,easy access with the best of both worlds , beach and access to the city. Perfect if you have kids , we did our sightseeing in the morning and relaxed on the beach in the afternoon. 4 supermarkets within a 3min walk plus local restaurants. The accomodation is on 3 levels with includes a private roof terrace. Super clean, everything you need. Snacks and essentials on arrival Basically zero complaints Mo greets you on arrival which is a really nice touch, settles you in and keeps in touch .spent 3 nights in Barca. Best airbnb for us

Charly is an outstanding host - so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and really wanted us to enjoy his space and his neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and fresh, fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The view and peacefulness from the private balcony is unmatched. As a host, Charly met us at check in, showed us how to work everything, and even personally drove us to the local train station so that we could find the way. I hope someday to return just to be able to stay at Charly’s place and enjoy the space.

we had 4 days at Pablo's home and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved the home, the surroundings, the proximity to local bars & restaurants & the metro Pablo was an awesome host, we wish we stayed longer & hopefully will come back another year. Had an outstanding stay in a great location. Eduardo did an excellent job in supplying his apartment with everything we needed to enjoy our stay from the moment we arrived. Would absolutely recommend to any traveller looking to stay in the Barcelona area. Always helps to be steps from the beach and hundreds of potential options to eat!! 5/5

Wir haben uns eine Woche absolut wohl gefühlt. Rosa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und total gastfreundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, 5 min zum Strand, 10 min zur Metro, 10 min zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße

Ivan was there when we got to the apartment to show us in and talk us through everything, He was very friendly and helpful. Place was as described in listing , clean ,fully equipped with everything we needed, Location good with walking distance to shops, tram, train etc, Would highly recommend.

Location was wonderful! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and historic areas were in walking distance or a short cab ride. So much to do and see! Wonderful cafe, bar/restaurant, and market, within steps outside the front entrance. Sara was helpful, responsive, and gave us good advice and guidance on various places go and places to visit. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location, beautiful apartment. If you have a problem walking up stairs this may not be for you. If you don’t have WiFI it will be a problem opening doors too apartment.

A safe, clean apartment in Barcelona, with excellent A/C and a quiet environment. I travelled alone for 4 nights and was happy with my stay. Having been to Barcelona many times, this apartment stood out for its large kitchen, washer/dyer, air conditioner and exceptionally quiet environment. I love the neighborhood; not very touristy. This would be a great unit for a couple, or even those with a small child; there is tons of space for clothing. Very large by BCN standards. I would have liked basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, which were advertised in the listing. The shower has a gel dispenser only. And, I would have liked a blanket for the bed, not just sheets. This apartment is managed by an office onsite but they are only open weekday business hours. As an Airbnb Superhost and responsive to my guests' needs 24/7, I am used to providing basic amenities to my guests, especially when the price is premium (I paid $1400 USD for 4 nights...should have had shampoo...).

Very good location for access or the beach or in my case attending an event at the Convention centre. Very clean, well equipped. The area is quiet.

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

We had a great time in Barcelona and Marc’s place was perfect. Everything we needed in walking distance, the apartment was spacious and tidy. Marc was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend a stay here ☺️

Very clean and perfectly located appartement. Air conditioner, lights, closet, kitchen, bed... all perfect. The host was very welcoming and very responsive. One small inconvenience : the bathroom is a little small.

This was our favourite place to stay in Barcelona! The host was extremely lovely and shared great recommendations. They were responsive and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We loved the apartment, the decor was so wonderful, and the neighbourhood was lovely and local. Would definitely stay again and recommend for any stay in the city!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Es fehlte an nichts und der Gastgeber war super nett und gut erreichbar. Er hatte für jede Frage eine gute Antwort. In der Umgebung sind Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und eine Haltestelle zum Zug nach Barcelona. Perfekt!

Andres’s apartment is well appointed and walking distance to many different attractions and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend!
