Beachfront vacation rentals in El Poblenou, Sant Martí

We recently stayed for a short family vacation. Location was great, close to the train station which was a short ride away from Barcelona or Sitges. Villa was great with everything we needed. Host was flexible and made everything easy. Short walk to the beach and local shop. Would highly recommend.

Virgina received us incredibly warmly. We enjoyed a few nice days in the apartment and were able to enjoy the sun right on the beach. From parasol, chairs to beach towels, everything was available! To relax, the apartment with the perfect view is perfect!

Spotless & comfy: The place was sparkling clean when we arrived, with fresh linens and everything in perfect order. You can tell the owners take real pride in keeping it immaculate. Super-host service: Carlos met us on arrival, handed over the keys, and walked us through every little detail with genuine warmth. Unbeatable location: Step outside and you’re literally one road away from the sand. We could actually see the Mediterranean from the living-room window—sunrises with coffee were next-level. Family & pet friendly: The building felt very secure, the neighborhood was relaxed and quiet at night, and there was plenty of green space nearby for our four-legged travel buddy to stretch out. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and truly beachfront base in Barcelona—especially with kids or pets—this is the spot. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Would recommend this place, it's in a really nice location right on the beach. Actual design of the flat is unique and works well. Communication and instructions beforehand were clear. Slight negatives are that it doesn't have air-con and it's a bit of a walk to a supermarket

The apartment was stellar, stayed for a week with my partner and 3 friends and we had a blast. Really close to the beach, washer and dryer for clothes. Outdoor pool, very clean.

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

We 3 girls had a wonderful stay, Silvia and her daughter are very nice and helpful, response always comes quickly. The view was of course our highlight, I didn't even have such an impressive view in hotels!! That alone was worth the money, but it was really cheap! We felt very comfortable! Greetings to the nice old lady and her husband on the ground floor! I would always come back! Thank you so much!

Heidi was one of the best host she had helped me out of the way...our bags were stolen we were out of money and passport but Heidi helped like a friend during your tough times.will be always thankful to her.

The location for the price is an absolute dream, just minutes to walk to the most beautiful beach and walking path. With bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas at our disposal we were able to explore the area and enjoy the beach, restaurants and parks. The grocery store is just across the street and the bus stop which takes you into Barcelona just steps away. The grounds have a neighborhood pool, restaurant and play ground. Very quiet and family friendly area. The unit is spacious and we loved preparing our meals and enjoying them on the large balcony. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The kitchen was fully equipped and had the extras like oil, salt and pepper etc. The hosts are very attentive and looked after our every need. Highly recommend!

Great place! 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 minutes to the bus which can take you to Barcelona Centre. Close to the airport. There’s no dryer for the clothes; but everything else is amazing- even had coffee for us and bottle water! We had 3 small children and felt like it was perfect! What a perfect stay! Friends and I were looking for something lowkey, and near the beach and this was exactly that. Super close to the beach which we spent a lot of time at, and great amenities within the place. Supermarket right across the road was very handy, as well as the bus stop right outside which you can either head into Barcelona on or further south to Castelldefels. Plenty of towels including beach towels which was also a massive plus. Will miss the morning walk to Granier for a morning coffee and pastry, followed by a dip in the water. I can’t recommend enough!

We stayed at this accommodation as the location was only 40 mins taxi away from Barcelona F1 Grand Prix, Just wanted a place to sleep, shower and relax when not at the racing. Accommodation was clean and tidy and had all the facilities that you would need. We eat out at the Restaurants in Diagonal Mar which was a 5 minute walk from accommodation. We also spent a day on the hop on hop off bus where the bus stop was as also at the Diagonal Mar, 5 min walk Good location for what we wanted. Great communication from the owner from when we arrived. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming accommodation! One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach, which was just a short walk away. It was wonderful to spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the soothing sound of the waves. The place itself was incredibly cozy. I loved the inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location was convenient, with the city just about 30 minutes away. This allowed me to enjoy both the tranquility of the beach and the vibrant city life without feeling too far from either. Communication with the hosts was also a breeze. Manuel was attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, this accommodation is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach, with the added bonus of easy access to busy city of Barcelona.

It was like a home away from home at Badalona, Barcelona. Zeltia is a wonderful person and a great host. Guides you accurately through her videos. Her home is well maintained. The view of Sea from this place is amazing. Overall it was a great stay here in Barcelona. Would surely like to come again, if we get an opportunity.

It was a perfect escape moment for me and my family - morning and lunch at the beach, afternoon and night in Barcelona. The house is cosy, beautifully decorated with just the essenciais and very functional. Beach in 2 min, train in 5 min. So good. Jane was incredible providing details and answering our doubts with speed and empathy. We will return ☺️

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. An unforgettable stay on board this magnificent boat, faithful in every respect to the photos, without any unpleasant surprises. The environment is quiet, pleasant and safe, perfect for relaxing. Alberto is extremely responsive and always ready to help, and even when he's not available immediately, the other boat owners around are very kind and available — thank you also to Leo for his kindness! Location: although street noise is worth a mention, its momentary and not something that would stop me from returning. 2 to 5 minute walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, next town over (Badalona) easily walkable in less than 12 minutes. House: spacious, clean, well equipped. We are a family of 5, 3 teen girls shared 2nd bedroom, leaving the living room free for reading/relaxing. Host: David is a gent, so helpful, knowledgeable and has many great recommendations from sights to visit to finding great tapas. David went out of his way to help when I was in need of a doctor and pharmacy late on Saturday evening. Thanks again David. I shared the doctor 24/7 information with him, for future guests. We had two great days local to the house and two great days sightseeing in Barcelona. Happy teens, Happy parents.

The apartment was in a very good location to the town and close to all public transport services as well as having everything you need to stay ( cooker, washing machine, fridge n freezer, TV with Bluetooth soundbar. ) Beautiful view across the beach where we sat sipping wine of an evening and relaxing and just a walk across the road for sunbathing, swimming, beach bars and beautiful walks. Anna was a very tentative host, always checking in if we are happy and comfortable and always on hand for guidance and advise on best things to do during our stay, will definitely return sometime in the future to this wonderful apartment. There are lots of mosquitoes in Spain so be sure to bring or buy propellent. Highly recommended.
