Great location. Clean space, with useful amenities. We loved the balcony which has a view of one of Gaudi’s iconic buildings Casa Mila. Easy to walk anywhere, tons of great restaurants and other essentials nearby . Maria was super helpful and easy to communicate with . Plus some great recs. We look forward to coming back!

The apartment was modern clean and in a great location. Close to many restaurants, pharmacy and grocery stores. Alex was very quick to respond to us. Love the location in a nice neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay at La Fabrica and Co. We were staying there while travelling to Barcelona for a music festival and it did the job very well. The accommodation is very modern inside, with lovely staff and fellow residents. Great access to communal spaces such as the pool and kitchen which made for a lovely and easy stay. The area was good with plenty of local food spots and easy access to the city centre. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Barcelona to get more in touch with local communities!

Two couple rented this two bed apartment. It was perfect with a bathroom for each couple. Lots of space in the apartment. Right behind a street with, restaurant, bars, etc. Also, very close to the beach which is amazing. Good communication and information throughout from host

Lovely place! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it’s in a greet location, right beside the subway and with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Check-in was easy and Angel gave us really good restaurant recommendations and were helpful with everything we needed.

Perfect and relaxing location. The space was just what we needed after a long walk on the Camino. We loved being in a neighborhood, near all of the sights, but away from the busyness of the crowds. Josephina welcomed us so kindly and took the time to acquaint us with the apartment and the neighborhood. The elevator was exactly what I needed after injuring my knee before we arrived. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Had an outstanding stay in a great location. Eduardo did an excellent job in supplying his apartment with everything we needed to enjoy our stay from the moment we arrived. David’s place is in a lovely quiet residential area. There are some great local cafe/bars and for anyone who likes a craft beer or two, there’s a brilliant craft beer bar in the next block along. Only a short walk, about 5 minutes, to the metro and the beachfront. The flat is great, lovely and clean with all the essentials you need. David even left some bottles of water, some fruit juice and milk for our arrival. I would definitely recommend David’s place. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic! Carles was very responsive and even coordinated an airport transfer for us which allowed us to skip the very long que for a taxi. Apartment was clean and quiet. The air conditioning was perfectly cold (we are usually hot and keep our home AC set very cold). We cooked a full dinner for 4 people with the kitchen equipment provided. WiFi was fast and consistent. Location was great…we walked to Park Guell and the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

We had a few minor logistical setbacks upon arrival, but Daniel was able to quickly find solutions. The place is well connected to the subway and is very close to the Olympic village area with very convenient beaches and restaurants.

Wow!!! Our host’s hospitality was the best I have experienced at any Airbnb. In fact, I’m worried that Enric has spoiled us! I have stayed at many vacation rentals with my family of 4 over the past 15 years, so when I say that the apartment is in a dream location with a stellar view, and spotlessly clean - I’m speaking from experience:). But what was truly next level were the detailed recommendations, the fabulous (and substantial) snacks and wine provided, the daily cleaning and the responsiveness of our host. A new bar has been set!!! Thank you Enric.

Raul was a hospitable host who met us at our check in. He provided great detail on the apartment amenities and detailed guide on how to enjoy Barcelona. We enjoyed our stay in his flat. Highly recommend!

Looks better than the photos. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Loved the decor and very convenient location. The doorman of the building was also quite friendly and helpful. My only note (which is not the host’s fault) is that there was a strong sewer smell in one of the bathrooms which would then make the bedroom that was attached to that bathroom smell the same. Other than that we were very pleased with everything.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

David's accommodation was great for our little family with friends to stay over. Access to Badolana beach was very convenient and the host was very responsive whenever we reached out for suggestions om restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone and would come back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.
