Wat een geweldige b&b! Het is 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. Genoeg winkels in de omgeving. Lekker bed die gelukkig groter is dan gemiddeld in Spanje (200x160). Een heerlijke tuintje om savonds te genieten. Groter dan ik op de fotos dacht. Een host die heel pro actief is, snel reageert en je voor alles kan bereiken. Geweldig! Ik kom zeker terug!!

L'appartamento é molto bello, appena ristrutturato ed é esattamente come nelle foto dell'annuncio, anzi dal vivo é anche meglio. L'abbiamo trovato ordinato e pulitissimo. Nella casa non manca nulla, ci sono lenzuola, asciugamani, cucina ben fornita, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, macchina del caffé, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e altro. 2 camere, una con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con 2 letti singoli. È posizionato in un condominio tranquillo di una zona altrettanto tranquilla molto vicina alla fermata della metro Angel Guimerà e degli autobus. A piedi si arriva in centro molto facilmente in 10-12 minuti a piedi. Facile la comunicazione con Ignacio e la sua collaboratrice Angie per il check-in che ci hanno lasciato due copie delle chiavi oltre a una serie di consigli per visitare al meglio la città. Prezzo secondo me leggermente alto ma comunque consigliatissimo

Todo excelente, el piso era tal cuál las fotos, todo muy limpio. Nos dejó todo lo necesario para la estadía, no solo lo obvio como cubiertos y platos, sinó también consumibles como papel, champú, cepillos de dientes, detergente, toallas, etc. Su trato siempre fué muy amable, antes de llegar, durante y después. El lugar era perfecto, ya que teníamos cerca el centro y muchos sitios de interés. Ninguna queja, volvería sin lugar a dudas 👌.

Heerlijk appartement. Ruim, schoon, heeft alle benodigdheden en dichtbij voorzieningen. Erg vriendelijke en betrokken host, die graag wilde dat we het naar onze zin hadden, zowel in het appartement als in Valencia. We konden zelfs kosteloos wat later uitchecken, omdat onze vlucht pas aan het einde van de dag ging. Top! En Valencia is geweldig!

Fransisco was also very prompt with any questions we had, and helped set us up with a ride from the airport to the place. Leontina ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e disponibilità! Ci ha subito descritto tutte le caratteristiche dell'appartamento con l’utilizzo di tutti gli elettrodomestici! È sempre stata presente in tutto il soggiorno chiedendoci se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa o suggerendoci ristoranti o luoghi/eventi da visitare! Ci ha anche prenotato un ottimo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato una fantastica Paella! Se devi soggiornare a Valencia è assolutamente consigliata! Grazie mille per l’ospitalità!

NEW sustainable loft in Cabanyal

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Pasamos un fin de semana súper agradable en la casa de Jazmín. Fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros, la casa nos sorprendió mucho por su amplitud en las zonas comunes y estar muy bien cuidada y tener todas las comodidades. ¡Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento, además tiene un supermercado a pocos metros y es una zona bonita y tranquila!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Adam und Eddy war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist top und mein fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Unterkunft liegt ebenfalls nah an der U Bahn und das Stadtzentrum ist mit nur 2 Stationen zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Ein späterer Check Out war ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Nur zu Empfehlen!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !
