Vacation rentals with a patio in Valencia

Robert’s place is modern, clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the little balcony. Robert was helpful and quick to respond to messages . The apartment is right beside a large shopping centre. Cinema and activities. Walk past that and you come into an old neighbourhood where tapas and drink are much cheaper. It is a good bit outside the centre. We took taxis and it all worked great.

A beautiful apartment, almost in the heart of the city. Very thoughtfully set up and close to all places of interest. Hosts are very responsive.

A really convenient location to see the sights, go grocery shopping, eat out. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable for up to 8 people as described. I really appreciated finding some basic supplies already in the house - detergents for the washer and dishwasher, shampoo/body wash etc., oil and vinegar, coffee pods etc. We did not have to run out immediately in order to have breakfast or coffee in the AM.

The beds where little small but beside that a good place.

The apartment is simply beautiful. From the interior design, the meals of its spaces to the kindness of its hosts. Extremely recommendable.

Ana is a wonderful host with a beautiful apartment. There were a ton of details such as condiments and shower options that aren't typically found in an Airbnb. There are delicious restaurants within walking distance and several shops and a mall. Thank you Ana!

I had a great time every day of my stay in Valencia, our host Ana was very helpful right away for anything and to show us how to check in, which was very convenient and fast. The area of the apartment is very quiet, close to transportation, which allows you to get around Valencia without problems. The only flaw I found was finding 4 dead cockroaches inside the bathroom cabinet, which makes me think that it was not cleaned properly, but at the same time the rest of the apartment was in perfect clean and hygienic condition from the sheets to the kitchen. I highly recommend staying in this apartment as my experience was very pleasant

Beautiful, sparkling clean and ground floor apartment. Location is great, you can get to the city by public transport, walking to the beach. We had rented a bike for our stay so we were very mobile and were in the city center within 15 minutes. Milena is a great host. She thinks it's important that the guests have a good time. There is a bowl with all kinds of treats ready for the guests. This apartment is recommended.

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

A cute, small, well-situated house.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Lambert’s house is truly a wonderful place. The magnificent garden, stunning views, and gorgeous swimming pool create such a serene atmosphere. We spent an entire month there and cherished every moment of our stay. The village down the hill is quite small, so don’t expect anything too fancy, like a nice restaurant. However, the two supermarkets are really convenient, and you can grab a lovely cup of coffee at the market square, which adds a nice touch to the experience. Lambert’s house is an excellent base for exploring Valencia and the beach, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy both relaxation and adventure.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

Great location! We’re big walkers, so no problem walking 45 minutes to the aquarium, and 15 minutes to the beach. Washer and dryer were super helpful to have while traveling with our toddler. The place was as described, and they offered a very friendly, in person welcome! Would recommend!

The apartment is spacious and well located. Host responds quickly to messages. The neighborhood is full of beautiful, colorful buildings. It's easy to get from the airport. Close to the beach. Recommended.

Had a very nice stay in this appartement. Everything was well equipped even some extra’s like perfume and cooking supplies. I can really recommend this stay !

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

Very nice and well-decorated apartment. Located in a lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms overlook an inner courtyard so you can't hear the street noise. The terrace allows you to relax and have aperitifs without being overlooked. Pasqualis is very friendly and very responsive, always ready to help you. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
