It has a brand new fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. For rest, it has a double bed of 1.50 m and a single sofa bed of 90 cm. The loft is located in the heart of the Barrio del Carmen. It has the charm of being one of the largest old neighborhoods in Europe. It is full of historical monuments, architecture from all eras from medieval to modern, museums, theaters, food market, flea markets, small neighborhood shops, charming restaurants, etc. In short, a great cultural, leisure and hospitality offer.
