Just walking distance to plaza de la reina where you will find the main cathedral, Also 3 min walk to grocery supermarkets.

The apartment is very nice, just renovated and is exactly as shown in the photos of the listing, indeed in person it is even better. We found it tidy and very clean. The house has everything you need, there are sheets, towels, a well-stocked kitchen, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and more. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. It is located in a quiet condominium in an equally quiet area very close to the Angel Guimerà metro stop and buses. You can easily walk to the center in 10-12 minutes. Easy communication with Ignacio and his collaborator Angie for check-in, who left us two copies of the keys as well as a series of tips to best visit the city. Price in my opinion slightly high but still highly recommended

Everything was excellent, the apartment was just like the photos, everything was very clean. He left us everything we needed for the stay, not only the obvious as cutlery and dishes, but also consumables such as paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, detergent, towels, etc. His treatment was always very kind, before arriving, during and after. The place was perfect, as we were close to downtown and many places of interest. No complaints, I would definitely come back👌.

Leontina welcomed us with great professionalism and helpfulness! He immediately described all the features of the apartment with the use of all the appliances! She was always present throughout the stay, asking us if we needed anything or suggesting restaurants or places/events to visit! He also booked us a great restaurant where we ate a fantastic Paella! If you have to stay in Valencia, it is absolutely recommended! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

We had a really nice weekend at Jasmine's house. She was very attentive and kind to us, the house surprised us a lot because of its spacious common areas, how well it was maintained, and because it had all the amenities. We highly recommend this place, it also has a supermarket a few meters away and is a nice and quiet area!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !
