On a big sunny lot full of fruit trees is this newly renovated house. The house is in a quiet area with proximity to nice forest walks, swimming, shop and good transport to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Adjacent to the area is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant and bar. You will also find pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
