Kostenloser Parkplatz und Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Ruhige, zentrumsnahe Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, ideal für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Günstiger Autobahnanschluss A4/A9 Richtung Jena, Weimar, Leipzig, Halle und Erfurt.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. We welcome you to our apartment. It is situated in a tranquil backyard, on the first floor with a view of the countryside. Located directly on the edge of the famous mill valley, it offers relaxation and tranquility, enjoys the view or use the time for a forest walk. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or on the private parking lot 50 m away.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Aber auch zu den grünen Inseln der Erholung wie im Botanischen Garten, am Saalestrand und im Paradiespark, die durch einen kurzen Fußweg gut zu erreichen sind. The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bicycles can be stored if necessary. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are within a 5-minute walk.
